Well....Cabo is always fun so I'll start with that. However PB is an old resort that needs updating although it was very clean. The staff was...there. Rude? No. Friendly? No again. Food is probably the worst thing about this place. We ate at the main restaurant (Paloma?)...I had tacos and wifey had the special. Food arrived 35 minutes after we ordered and was cold. The crappy part was when we went to check out the waiter THEN told us the special was $24. So much for all inclusive. The saving grace is that you can eat next door at the sister resort (Rose) where the staff WAS friendly and the food was pretty good. Really, the only thing good about this place is the price

Alfredo was the best! He really understands giving a great customer experience. And he was wonderful to the 4 kids we had with us as well! Loved the drinks. Pools were great, we have 3 kids including a toddler so was great to have variety for them. The food at the Rose pool bar was soooo good. Staff were so friendly. Always seemed to be staff cleaning and the properties being maintained which was great to see. We had a really great time.

The service was excellent. Most staff were friendly and helpful. We liked how close the property was to the marina and felt safe walking everywhere. The bed was a little hard for my liking. The food was hit or miss. Loved Fellinis for pasta and the poolside food was the absolute best!
