My family and I were at Pueblo Bonita during a category three hurricane. It was very scary. However, the staff was so accommodating even during the height of the storm. They made sure that my family had food and water, and that we were safe not one of the staff took the stress out on any of us. They were all so friendly and ups bearded during the entire situation. This happened on our last day of our vacation. We were stuck here for an extra two days
During our entire stay, the staff was excellent and friendly. It was very easy to book excursions they were very helpful in every way my husband and I will be coming back here with our family at least once a year for the rest of our lives this was an amazing experience.

Came for my 35th birthday and had such an amazing time. All the staff was so great. No bad reviews at all. The Villa that we stood in was breath taking. I’ll definitely be back!

Upon arrival, our villa did not have hot water, a few lights did not work, and it took a couple of calls to get it repaired. I had an incident with an employee at the main pool at Sunset but reported it to a manager.

Pros:Cleanness and great staff
The Villa was very nice and clean. Adrian who was in charge of maintaining the Villa and taking care of us was REALLY REALLY great. We will go back without any question.

We were guaranteed late check in and when we arrived there was no reservation, we were brought to a villa by non English speaking people, dumped into it with no key, no idea where the lobby was, and no resort info. Still confused about why it is called all inclusive when you are charged for breakfast whether you eat it or not and are charged at least $30 each to go to any resort restaurant. I would not recommend this to anyone.
