Staff was very friendly and helpful. I do believe they pushed too much their time share experiences. Property, restaurants and beach were well-kept and made for an enjoyable vacation. The biggest NEGATIVE for me, especially since it was not really advertised at booking or communicated by staff at check-in or at the restaurants (except for some 8.5"X11" signs), was no the No Cash (US or Pesos) policy. If I had known this fact, I would have booked elsewhere.

The problems that I had was on check out I had to take my luggage down. I called in the Am and no one came to pick up the luggage. The front desk didnot relate the message. I did hot like the trap of the time share promotions. But eveything else was excellent

The property is amazing and so beautiful. Loved the pools—so many different areas and the overall style and wonderful landscaping was so immaculate. Loved it all!

Beautiful property. Pools are very small. Lunch and pool food passable. Dinner offerings are too grandiose AND awful. My family owned fine dining restaurants. This food is not Mexican nor well prepared nor good.

First let me say the hotel grounds, infinity pool and gardens are beautiful and well kept. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. I requested a room change due to our loud, noisy drunk neighbors and the constant clanking of the ice machine at 3:00 am. Even then, the front desk was very accommodating and switched us to another room. With that being said, be warned. The walls are very thin (surprisingly) and you can hear "everything!" The loud whooshing of toilets flushing at all hours of the night (the toilets are extremely powerful & loud), people talking, TVs blaring at all hours, doors slamming. Front desk will tell you, if you are SPG members (you get a discount 15%) at restaurants )....not so much. The drinks were weak, the food was okay, not great. I would like to say our stay was restful, but it wasn't. Upon returning home I found the hotel double charged me. I called hotel 4 times (costing me $), was put on hold for over 15 min plus and no one ever got back to me. I called again, got the run around then was transferred to accounting and left 2 messages. FINALLY reached accounting and spoke to Evelyn. Se said she would look into it and call me right back. That was on Wednesday and to date no phone call. While the service at the hotel is good (because they want you to spend your $$) don't except the same service if you have a billing issue when you leave. So utterly disappointing Sheraton!
