Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to help make sure their guests are comfortable and very well taken care of. Sakar is absolutely fantastic! He was the first person I spoke to when we made our reservations at the spur of the moment and we were so upset about our home being destroyed and he took over and took care of us the entire stay which was very lengthy! Kimberly thank you for making sure iwas doing the right thing and helping me throughout our stay. Thank you guys you’re the best staff ever

It is very convenient for us to see our relatives. We will stay again. Only thing I could see a few things needs to be fixed. For instance, we were in room 110 the tile in tub needs fixing. The lock on the door didn’t lock like should.

The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. When we told the front desk they sent someone to spray an air freshioner. The carpet had burn marks and you could not walk barefoot without your feet turning black. They did not clean the room unless we asked. The keys deactivated multiple times during our stay requiring us to go back to the front desk.

The rooms were okay. Housekeeping is extremely loud in the morning time. Im unsure what time they started cleaning but at 7 oclock in the morning we were woken up by slamming doors and vaccuums and them talking loudly to each other from inside one room to another.
