The Fourteen is a modern and styish apartment complex with easy walking access to the beaches at Mullet Bay (5 minute walk) and Maho and a short drive to/from the airport. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment was well-appointed with a large balcony full kitchen and spacious living space. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the pre-stocked grocery option, which we used to stock the fridge with breakfast foods and snacks (as well as beverages both alcoholic and non). Close proximity to 2 markets and several good restaurants. Ample parking and security gate made for a convenient and safe stay.

Hi, beautiful room and view. But they said our shower leaked to downstairs last night so someone came to caulk it. After caulking it, they said we couldn’t shower for 6 hours. That’s quite an inconvenience especially because we need to shower. Please refund a portion of our stay for this issue, thank you.

The space was clean and bright - every room had an ocean view. Third bathroom / powder room was a nice flexible feature. There were some issues with the washer, but the views exceeded expectations to overcome small nuisances. The beds were comfortable. Proximity the beach was awesome. We drove around the island: indigo beach was picturesque, oyster pond quaint, coco beachbar at orient bay was fun. Candidly, mullet bay is the best beach. The unit was close to shopping and restaurants. Desk was friendly. Gym and pool checked the box. Security was felt. I’ve already told others that this was the place to stay and highly recommend.

**Honest review**. Let’s get into the property, we Booked a shuttle through the property for a ride from the airport. I communicated through Expedia about our arrival and wasn’t really given clear directions on where we’ll find our driver, what they’ll look like none of that key information. We’re in a new country and couldn’t find our driver anywhere, literally keeping the property updated on our arrival details even when landing after a 20 minute wait at the airport and no response after 3 phone calls we decided to get a taxi which surprisingly was cheaper. I messaged the property that we decided to get a taxi because it was very frustrating that we didn’t get no specifics, they still charged us for the original shuttle that was coming which okay cool no biggie I get it. We get to the property and the front desk lady had the worst attitude idk if it’s a cultural thing but definitely knocked down a star from at least a 4 star review. I asked if she was the one I was communicating with on Expedia and she said yes and immediately got aggressive, since we booked with Expedia I guess we forgot to read the fine print with all the extra fees like the cleaning fee and let’s get into that.. the room was semi clean. Couch was worn and done, crumbs on the floor. I mean we got fresh towels and a great view but your mainly doing the cleaning those fees were a joke.Overall the view from our room kept us contempt but definitely wouldn’t stay come back.

The stay was fine. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The kitchen had the absolute minimum… it didn’t have basic items like scissors, a kettle, or a teapot. It was also missing drinking glasses. The air conditioner had black mould - this is a serious concern and presents a health risk for people breathing that filthy air all night while sleeping.

Hey the room was nice but a few things: The shower needs a soap dish/rack. There was water leaking from the ac in the bedroom but that was from the condensation but maybe another spot for it. The wifi connection could have been a little better and some cable. the concierge and thomas was amazing! the onsite car rental was a plus!
