When we got into our room we found numerous live bugs and dead bugs. The bathroom floor and all other surfaces in the room had not been cleaned properly. Spider webs between the beds and nightstand. We decided to find somewhere else to stay and we have not heard back from management on a refund. I would not recommend staying here.

My mother and I were in Lubbock for her sister's cancer surgery. This hotel is very convenient to Covenant Hospital. The room was roomy, clean & we were able to get to the room conveniently through a side door. We were initially concerned that we would hear the traffic, since the hotel is located next to the service road, but we never heard any traffic. The breakfast was nice to start the day. Hot waffles, eggs,sausage & biscuits as well as cereal, muffins, yogurt and bread to make toast. Also, there is a Dollar Tree right across the street to purchase any items that might be needed. Our key did not work when we returned to the room the 2nd night, not sure why? But the front desk took care of that with no problem. If we are in town again, we will stay here again.

I liked the location. I did not like the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. No acknowledgement whatsoever when I walked in. Granted she was busy registering a customer, but a quick, “I’ll be with you shortly” would have sufficed. There was hair on the toilet seat and the toilet was not working properly (flushing issues). Plus there were gnats flying around the toilet and in the room. Yuck! The door had to be pushed shut.

It was very comfortable. The bed was awesome. The A/C worked great. It was clean. The only complaint was breakfast was a little lean. It would have been nice if they were to give you the option of 2 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of toast. Other than that it was great.
