Location was good with free off street parking and was close to the city walls, around 10 min walk. The rooms were quite small, which was very tight for 3 grown adults but the owner accommodated us with another room without any problems, which was kind of her. The extra room did not have a bathroom so they shared the one in the original room they booked. The owner was very nice, and offered advice about the local area which turned out to be good advice! Room was clean and was cleaned everyday in fact. Final review would be that the place is clean, owner is spot on and the rooms are small.

Nice place close to Lucca
It was close to Lucca, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It wasn't a real bed and breakfast, since there was no breakfast. But there were cafes nearby. The bed was a little hard. There was a kitchenette, but almost no flatware. Overall, quite good, though!

Comodità
Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. La vicinanza alle mura dove si svolgeva il concerto,(5 minuti a piedi) il parcheggio privato nel cortile ,la zona silenziosa. Non sarà l Hilton ma noi siamo stati contenti.la signora è gentilissima e disponibile

La dueña ha sido muy amable, a pesar de los problemas de comunicación (no hablaba ni inglés), pero nos entendemos. La localización es ideal para visitar Lucca con coche, ya que se puede aparcar en el parking privado y la casa está a unos escasos 5-10 mins caminando de las murallas. Los únicos aspectos negativos son que la decoración es bastante anticuada y la casa en general necesita una rehabilitación pero sobretodo la limpieza no es apurada (por ejemplo, había restos de pasta de dentes seca en la mesa de apoyo del baño). No se sirve desayuno pero hay varias cafeterías de buena calidad y baratas (es una zona residencial) muy cerca.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé
Appartement très agréable et très bien situé : à 50 minutes des remparts. Vraiment un régal de séjourner dans cet appartement !
