The 2,300 square feet cabin has 3 levels: the Loft King Suite, the main level with cathedral ceilings, and the Studio Apartment. While each level has its own full bathroom, they have separate amenities and characteristics:

The Loft King Suite with its spacious open design, private bathroom with shower, and comfortable aspen king-sized bed is the perfect place for two adults to wind down from a long day of exploration. Start out the day by being welcomed to beautiful sunrises that can be seen right from the bed. Watch a movie in bed using the wall mounted TV or walk from the bed to the top balcony accessible via a unique wooden bridge to soak in the most expansive views of Page Valley, the Shenandoah River, and the Blue Ridge Mountains available on the property. At night, the balcony is an excellent spot for stargazing with stunning views of the Milky Way.

The main level with cathedral ceiling is the social heart of the cabin featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden Amish dining table, and a bunk bedroom (3 x twin and 1 x full aspen beds) which kids will adore and turn into their adventure lair. The bathroom which features a tub & shower combo is accessible from both the dining area as well as the bunk bedroom. Two couches with reclining elements, a separate recliner, and a large coffee table round out the living area which is a perfect setting for playing games or watching TV. The beautifully masoned open wood fireplace is the soul center of the cabin. Sit by the fire with family and friends sipping your favorite drinks, and watch the mesmerizing fire unite, calm, and ignite stories of the past.

The Studio Apartment is a mini-cabin within the cabin and has all the amenities needed for a stay. It is perfect for two adults that cherish more privacy or quietness. The studio has a kitchenette, comfortable king-sized aspen bed, full bathroom with rain shower and washer & dryer stack, and a small gym area with free weights and an adjustable workout bench for staying active. There are two large sofa chairs and two high chairs and a height-adjustable table for dining. Two french doors provide ample natural lighting and let in beautiful sunrises and views of the mountains that can be watched from the bed. The sofa chairs also provide views of the mountains and the Shenandoah river. There are curtains that can be used to block out the light if desired.

Crafted from solid cedar and powered by a 9kW Finnish Harvia heater stocked with large sauna rocks, it offers a truly exclusive, spa-like experience. Enjoy the traditional Finnish "Löyly" steam experience by pouring water on the rocks, relax on two levels of benches, and taking in mesmerizing valley and mountain views through the sauna’s big glass panes. With modern LED lighting and simple touch pad controls, it's the perfect rejuvenating treatment for unwinding after a day exploring the outdoors. We provide extra-large sauna towels for your comfort.

Reconnect with nature by stepping outside and soaking in the fresh mountain air and stunning views from any of the three cabin levels or the patio area. The wide porch which is accessible from the main level wraps around three quarters of the cabin and provides year round rain protection. It is equipped with two dining tables, rocking chairs, and a swing. The swing which faces east is a guest favorite for enjoying a hot morning coffee and being greeted by the sun as she rises over the mountains. Six ceiling fans provide a nice breeze during warmer weather. The outdoor patio has a campfire ring, a picnic table, and natural stone seating. Kids will love exploring the woods and roasting marshmallows at the firepit. An ideal place for creating lasting family memories surrounded by nature's beauty.

The cabin is part of a vibrant forest ecosystem of plants and animals bordering the George Washington National Forest. To minimize the environmental impact of your stay on this habitat, all our cleaning products are plant-based, biodegradable, and have non-toxic ingredients.

Cooking Amenities Details: The fully equipped kitchen on the main level includes a dishwasher, microwave, french door refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner electric range, drip coffee maker with capsule adapter, coffee bean grinder, blender, waffle maker, electric griddle, and toaster. The studio apartment kitchenette has a 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee makers (drip & moka), and toaster.

Coffee Station Details: The dedicated coffee station on the main level features Keurig and Drip coffee makers, and a coffee bean grinder. We also provide ground coffee, coffee filters, black tea, and sugar.

Internet & Entertainment Details: Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi via Starlink (140 and 12 Mbit/s download/upload, respectively) and excellent cell phone service (AT&T and Verizon). The cabin is equipped with two TVs, two Blu-ray players, a selection of DVDs, and board games for your entertainment. We don't offer TV service/cable/streaming.

We provide: Towels (baths and kitchen), linens, bath tissue, hand & dish soap, dishwasher & laundry detergent, basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, pepper, and salt), ground coffee, black tea as well as propane gas for the gas grill.

Distance from/to destinations: The cabin is less than one mile from the George Washington National Forest as well as the 71-mile Massanutten circuit trail network, and just 15 miles from the Shenandoah National Park. Explore the great outdoors, then return to the cabin to relax and reconnect with loved ones. We are also conveniently located near the town of Luray/Caverns ( less than 10 minutes) and river activities ( less than 15 minutes). Our cabin can be reached in less than 1.7 hours from Dulles International Airport, 2 hours from Washington D.C., and 2.5 hours from Richmond by car.

Drive way: The driveway is steep, not paved, and has 4 switchbacks. A front or all wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended. When taking the turns wide, the driveway can easily be navigated.

House Rules (by booking this property, all guests accept these house rules):

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am, unless agreed on otherwise.

- No smoking or parties or pets ($500 extra cleaning fee). Butts must be disposed of properly. Please do not litter.

- Higher than approved occupancy will incur extra cost ($200 per extra guest per night).

- Candle use is not allowed inside the cabin.

- Fireplace use October through March only ($200 extra cleaning fee if used April through September). The outdoor fire pit may be used year round.

- Guests must provide their own firewood.

- Firearms are not allowed on the property or inside the cabin.

- The cabin has two bunk beds in the second bedroom. The owners will be held harmless should any guests use the bunk beds.

- Guests may use the workout equipment in the Studio Apartment at their own risk. Do not drop the weights. Weights must remain on the workout pad at all times.

- Guests may NOT use the wood burning stove in the Studio Apartment.

- Sauna use at own risk. The owners will be held harmless should any guest choose to use the sauna.
