It was a nice hotel with good service. Staff was nice and helpful. And the complementary breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choices. Ate lunch several times at hotel’s Italian restaurant, food was tasty but I’m not an expert on Italian food. My room contained a balcony and I enjoyer a nice view of the Nile River

The welcome we received upon arrival was amazingly friendly, courteous and friendly (Basma and Catherine). The free upgrade was greatly appreciated. The tour director was very helpful in planning our temple visits and yransportation.

Medicare Hotel with great customer service

This was going to Beatrice star review but to be fair customer service is actually really good. The reason I’m not happy with this day is because the food at all the restaurants in the hotel is quite expensive and mediocre at best. They should actually look into it. The location is okay looks sure it’s not the most beautiful city is actually terrible, but the Hotel is trying to make the experience better.

One of the best hotels I stayed in with wonderful view and outstanding services on all levels Basma in reception went above and beyond Chef Ahmed cooked one of the best seafood meals I ever ate. Highly recommended this hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner were good. We ate lunch in the cafe in the lobby and that was tasty. Also had drinks with live music there at night which was pleasant. I had a great pedicure done in the spa. We used the laundry facilities which was cheap and excellent. Also enjoyed browsing in the stores in the lobby. Only small issue was that ATM is located outside of hotel on the street. So I was a little uncomfortable withdrawing cash there. All in all a great option for Luxor.

Very nice hotel with a great pool. And actually the best thing about the property was its staff. We had a dilemma with cancelled nile cruise at last minute. They helped us get it resolved and was so kind. Food was great and staff was very attentive of needs.

Best hotel ever. All staff was very helpful and courteous. The restaurants were very good and had a good selection of international foods. The breakfast was very good. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax an have a great vacation in Luxor.
