The rooms were dirty and there were roaches. I checked out after one night and the hotel refuses to refund me for my remaining five nights. I would never booked my family to stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are lovely and sumptuous. However, I only ever found one staff member who had any english, and that was on the last day.
