had a room on the 4th floor but the single elevator was broken, and this property is less than a year old, to add insult to injury when returning later from dinner our keycard wasn't working and the desk clerk had do let us in. Further for being a "suite" the amenities were non existent; no hairdryer, coffee maker, ice bucket, glasses or shampoo and there wasn't even coffee available in the lobby. I have had better equipped rooms at Motel 6 and Super 8

This property is clean. Unfortunately, that is the only think that was good about our stay here, as well as the kind staff. However, with a family, it was not what I was expecting when booking a hotel with a kitchen, as I like to make meals to help with cost. If you are looking for an apartment with no in-room amenities for a few days, this place will work fine. However, if you are looking for a hotel with a kitchen, this place does not provide any amenities that you would expect from a hotel. There is no coffee maker, coffee, iron, ironing board, dishes (you have to rent separately) and cookware (you have to rent separately) which would add about $50 more dollars, no dishwasher detergent, no kitchen towels, or kitchen wash clothes, no dish detergent for hand washing dishes, not even a basket to trap food trash in the drain, barely any showering items that you would normally expect for a hotel. It really is just furniture and a room, which is very clean and I found the bed to be comfortable. Also, the street light was bright, because there were no room darkening curtains in our room and the blinds where not sufficient to cut out the light from the parking lot. It does not leave you feeling like the care you would expect to feel in regards to hospitality of your guests. It just feels like renting an apartment with furniture.

The girl who checked us in was rude. Barely said anything to us. Didn’t tell us how to get WiFi or anything. I expected it to be like a home away from home…meaning blanket on the bed, shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash cloths for more than 1 person, hair dryer….just basic items you get at a hotel. It was spacious and clean but my comfy.

chemical smell of cleaning product, unattractive, boring, non existent interior decor, and for the cost, such a bargain (not). Emptying your own trash is an interesting cost savings concept of the company.

Bed bugs. Need I say more. This was brought to the management’s attention at check out on Saturday September 20th and as of the afternoon of the 23rd there has been no contact from the hotel management regarding this health hazard. We stayed in room 317 for two nights while attending CFAW and woke up on the morning of September 20th itching. It was then that we noticed large bed bugs crawling on the pillow cases, sheets , etc. What a nightmare! We had to decontaminate everything before getting back in our car. We have spent the last 2 days high temp washing everything that we took on our trip as well as treating all the bags, car etc. Do not stay here. I’m an ER doctor so I know what I saw and what a bed bug bite looks like so I speak from a position of education not ignorance.

Great value, clean and updated basic suite.

It’s basic suite. It has a kitchen and full size fridge but no utensils which they do have for a price. It was clean and modernized. The towels have seen better days. For the price, it was modernized, cleaned and the air conditioner worked.

It’s an inexpensive clean extended stay hotel. It has everything I need (not a lot when I’m on the road for project work) and nothing I don’t. I may not be the typical traveler but I have zero issues with this location or this chain (having stayed in both the Lynchburg, VA and Brunswick, GA locations) multiple times each. Will certainly be back.
