Excelente para quem viaja com crianças. Todo o espaço do hotel parece ter sido pensado para elas. Desde a piscina, até os bichos que fascinam os pequenos, além do restaurante no local. Só deixa a desejar na agilidade do atendimento ao restaurante, porque o número de funcionários é claramente insuficiente para a demanda.

A equipe do hotel é prestativa e empática, o quarto é amplo, o café da manhã é bom (as fotos no site não fazem jus, são 4 mesas de alimentos), a piscina é boa e a sauna complementa. O restaurante possui opções acessíveis e boa qualidade. Existe um aviário com a presença de diversos pássaros exoticos, incluindo Emus, calopsitas, etc. A limpeza não é um destaque. Os pisos são manchados e o banheiro estava com a janela e o blindex encardidos, também sem cheiro de limpeza.

O café da manhã é "simples", mas tem boa variedade. Café, leite, suco (2 opções), iogurte, chá, bolos, biscoitos, pães salgados e doces, frios (3 opções), frutas (3 opções). Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo e a cama é confortável, não gostei do chuveiro, era elétrico e a água caia muito "espalhada" quase não molhava a gente. A piscina precisa de mais atenção, não estava 100% limpa, dava pra usar, mas a água estava um pouco turva. Os preços do bar do cardápio são bons e as porções dentro do esperado.

Hotel tem potencial para ser muito bom, entretanto precisa de um pouco mais de organização. Fiz uma reserva na internet, porém, ao chegar no hotel, não havia quartos disponíveis! Por sorte o dono estava presente no momento e solucionou a questão. O café da manhã tem bem pouca variedade, reposição e limpeza das mesas demorada, gerou bastante reclamação entre os hóspedes no dia. Apesar disso, o lugar é bem bonito e o valor é acessível. Sendo assim, diria que o custo benefício foi razoável.
