The Space:

The latter is extremely spacious and enjoys views of the lake from large sliding doors that lead out to the private balcony. A telescope allows guests to explore the dramatic scenery even more closely.



The property actually has the luxury of two terraces, one leading from the living area and the other from two of the bedrooms.



The master bedroom has a double bed, whilst there are twin beds in the second bedroom which can also be pushed together to form a double. There is one single bed in the third bedroom and an extra bed can be provided allowing the property to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Both bathrooms are contemporary in style with white sanitary ware, showers, bidet, sink and WC.



The interior of this Italian Lakes apartment with pool is tastefully furnished and well equipped and this is an extremely popular apartment within this contemporary lakeside resort. The apartment is accessed via either stairs or a lift.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Guests can also walk to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake. Tennis courts and water sports hire are also within walking distance.



Getting Around:

Since the property is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.

It also has the added benefit of a large private garage, perfect for those looking to bring bikes with them or for those who need a secure outside space to store water sports equipment.
