Reservei dois quartos, uma viagem em família, nos colocaram um no térreo e um no terceiro andar, o quarto do terceiro andar não funcionava o ar condicionado, o térreo estava com fedor de esgoto saindo pela tubulação e o pessoal falou que era normal o cheiro ( ou o fedor ) que era o suspiro quando utilizar água iria melhorar, não melhorou nada, o café da manhã é básico café leite pão margarina, todos os dias que fiquei no hotel tinha hóspede reclamando do café da manhã, melhor levar o café de casa para não passar constrangimento.As toalhas já foram brancas no passado, e ainda tem a informação que se você sujar a toalha paga uma taxa... não tem como sujar mais do que já está, obs. não cheire a toalha. A televisão não funciona apenas pegava a SBT, nem a TV local pegava e tinha um técnico que nunca consertava. O pessoal não faz limpeza nos quartos, apenas se você pedir, não importa a quantidade de dias que você se hóspede, mimha esposa parecia que trabalha para o hotel ela limpava o quarto solicitava papel higiênico, trágico, trágico... Ponto positivo a cama é bem confortável. Pelo preço pensei que fosse mais razoável o custo benefício, recomendo que pesquisem mais hotéis na mesma faixa de preço, para não estragar sua viagem de férias, é sério, minha esposa ficou muito decepcionada, mais sei que foi culpa minha querendo economizar 30,00 reais por noite que não valeu a pena. Primeira vez que faço comentário negativo a uma estádia, só pra constar...

Para piorar, precisa melhorar muito.

Infelizmente já reservamos sabendo das dificuldades que a hospedagem tem. Vimos as avaliações de hóspedes anteriores e mesmo assim resolvemos arriscar. Talvez os proprietários nem vejam nossa avaliação, mas deixarei esse feedback para eles. Para piorar as instalações, tem que melhorar muito. É quase insustentável e insalubre ficar mais do que 1 noite nessa hospedagem.

Hotel mediano, fica uns 2km da praia de Jatiuca, quartos pequenos para 3 ou 2 pessoas, chuveiro não estava esquentando, mercado a uns 700 metros de distância. Cafe da manha razoavel.
