The staff is excellent. Although I found two major problems; the room air conditioning was straight to my face when I was sleeping, and gave me a terrible sore throat. Also,, I found one roach over the bed, and another one outside my room’s door. I have reported both problems to the staff.

BARULHENTO, muito BARULHENTO

Quarto em pessimas condições, mofado, aparentemente sujo, BARULHENTO, MUITO BARULHENTO, acustica muito ruim, o ar condicionado e antigo e produz ruido em todos os quartos, impossivel dormir se alguem estiver usando. O cafe da manhã e otimo e a localização também.

A poucos metros da Praia, hotel simples com pouco estacionamento. Quartos pequenos, com bom banho e péssimo sistema de ar condicionado... muito barulho! Atendentes solicitas na recepção. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas, a área é muito pequena.

Atendimento doa funcionários maravilhoso. Café da manhã farto, ressalto a tapioca feito na hora, uma delícia. Quartos pequenos mas, confortável. Perto de restaurantes,farmáxias,mercados. Dar para fazer tudo a pé. Praia e só atrevessar a pista e 7 min a pé para ir na feira de Pajuçara a pé. Eu simplismente amei.

Hotel ótimo! Localização excelente, café da manhã impecável! Vista para o Mar de Ponta verde, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da orla. Eu e minha família fomos muito bem atendidos. Limpeza sempre em dia. Como ponto negativo poderia citar apenas o estacionamento… Tem pouquíssimas vagas e é na parte externa. Tivemos que rodar várias vezes pela rua até encontrar uma vaga. Mas se vc não vai de carro ou se tiver um pouco de paciência para esperar surgir uma vaga, vale muito a pena a experiência. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.

O hotel é bem localizado e de fácil acesso. O atendimento foi atencioso, mas tivemos problemas com infestação de formigas em um dos apartamentos, havia uma barata no quarto, faltou água por mais de 1 hora, ao pedir para trocar de apartamento fomos informadas de que o hotel estava lotado. O café da manhã de domingo teve problemas com reposição já antes das 9h e as opções não eram do nosso agrado, julgamos muito ruim. Na segunda feira o café estava melhor, com frutas mais frescas e pães novos. Atrás da cama havia uma festa no revestimento da parede onde estavam instalados os insetos.

A unica coisa boa do hotel é a localização, os quartos são pequenos, senti falta de uma sacada p pendurar as roupas de banho para secar, tive que colocar na mala tudo molhado, e o pior foi que esqueci um creme caro de rosto no banheiro do apartamento que ficamos e quando fui tentar reavê-lo, disseram que a camareira não encontrou nada, fiquei bem chateada com isso.
