Everything about this property was just as expected. We had 7 adults stay and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was in close proximity to everything we needed for our stay. Our host, David, was very responsive and friendly. He truly made our stay memorable. Addition, the house is large and welcoming. There was plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two granddaughters, not to mention our small dog, Teddy. It’s also an historic home which adds a special ambiance.

Fantastic location, close to charming shops and beautiful walks, near a stunning state park. Plenty of comfortable space to hang out and decompress after our day adventures. The historic home is beautifully appointed. The stairs were no problem for our group, but might be too steep for small children or someone with mobility limitations.Check-in was a breeze, and the host was thorough, responsive and kind. We came for a conference, but I would definitely return for a holiday weekend, and happy to stay at this home.

Weekend trip to Madison

The location was great, we were able to walk to dinner both evenings as well as the Main Street shops and wineries. We also spent a morning at Cliffty Falls state park just a few minutes drive away. Parking on the street was easy and there was plenty of space for 3 cars we brought for our trip birthday trip.

Charming home with an exceptional host

Nice town, charming home in a great location with an exceptional host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants while visiting. On our next trip (and there will be one!), we will plan to tour some of the historic homes and take a ride on the river.
