Check in: not very friendly. Rude front desk service. Called about our rooms and the agent couldn’t understand what we asked and rudely hung up the phone. I booked 3 rooms and would have expected better assistance. All 3 rooms were different. One room was upgraded but the other 2 were standard and one was much smaller/less spacious. Decorative pillows look cheap and poor quality. No toiletries. Nothing inside the fridge. Bathroom was not cleaned well. There was a ball of hair in the shower. Breakfast: chaotic, rushed, got up from table to grab coffee and my table was immediately cleaned up with food and juice still at table. Felt like we were in a cruise ship. Not at all what we expected for a 4 star hotel. Seems like this hotel is more focused on the rooftop experience than the client experience. Will not be staying there again and will not recommend it.

Massive place is essentially a huge ramada inn

small room with view onto a window shaft, fake rug is generic astroturf, clogged and confusing elevator system, hundreds of guests packed into crowded lobby/common spaces including cafeteria, where breakfast is fine but nothing special. Location is great, and the building is iconic, but tThere are many better hotel options in that corner of Madrid.

We stayed 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary and we had a bad experience. The staff and service was poor and they need to improvements to provide a better customer experience. Specially the room service and pool area bar-waiters where it took a longer time than normal for serving us and the attitude was very unpleasant.

Tiny rooms with very basic amenities. They catfish you with pictures that look nice but then you end up in a room facing giant air conditioning units. The hotel was oversold. All of the areas were terribly crowded and staff stressed out and stretched to the max. The pool is tiny and was always packed beyond its capacity. So was the rooftop bar as they let people who are not guests there. The views from the rooftop are nice if you manage to find a spot to enjoy it.

Great location! Amazing views on the rooftop bar. Pool is nice but a little small. Staff was amazing and accommodating. The area is central to a lot of recreation and beautiful historical buildings. A bit busy at the hotel but that is to be expected for that area. The room we had with the balcony was perfect for the 2 of us. Loved the bathroom. Breafast was great too.
