Eagles Nest Cottage- Pet Friendly with amazing views

You will not have to leave your furry friend behind because this cottage is pet friendly (25 lbs max limit). Also has a ramp for easy access and covered porches on 2 sides to enjoy the mountain air. The gas log stone fireplace makes for a romantic evening or relax on the porch taking in the fresh mountain air or in the backyard at the patio table enjoying a picnic. The cottage also has heat and air conditioning to ensure you are always comfortable. You'll find the park style charcoal grill convenient for grilling or the fire pit is the perfect place to make s'mores and enjoy the soothing sounds of the local waterfalls. Relax indoors watching the large screen smart television with cable TV. Wifi also available, a full kitchen to enjoy a home cooked meal, and a washer and dryer to offer all the amenities of home. Conveniently located to all area attractions and paved road access all the way to the front door. Within minutes of the cottage you can enjoy fishing, tubing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding and hiking. Located about 20 minutes from the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Great Smoky Mountain National Park and 25 minutes from Asheville, North Carolina. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Cataloochee Ski Area are just minutes away. So back, enjoy the view and make some memories!

We enjoyed the cabin! The driveway is a bit steep. Be prepared. Fwd or or 4wd recommended even in clear weather. The drive sneaks up on you. I wish I had taken a pic to be helpful. Morning coffee on the porch was great! Close to all of Maggie Valley.

Amazing and refreshing

We enjoy our stay at Eagles nest number 36. Very clean, roomie, peaceful comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Sitting out on the porch and looking at that amazing view was so refreshing and peaceful to our souls. Sid, made the check in check out super easy and always communicated well with us. We’ll stay again.

Eagles Nest

The property location was 4000 ft in the mountains of Maggie Valley with amazing views and quiet and secluded which we wanted.The cabin was supplied with all the essentials we needed and WIFI too. The very narrow parking area was a bit tricky at first but doable. Overall a very nice cabin stay at Eagles Nest.

I can’t say enough about this cabin. We were there to celebrate our 53rd anniversary and the cabin was perfect. We had absolutely everything we needed

cleaning supplies, paper towels, linens, dishes, toilet paper, plenty of hot water and even cooking spices
..who does that!!!??? The views were amazing and did I mention it was one of the cleanest cabins we have ever stayed in and after 53 years of marriage that’s a lot!!!

Eagles Nest in Autumn

This cabin was truly perfect for me, my daughter and her dog. We were able to find everything we needed to use and the cabin was very comfortable as the temperatures dropped to 20° for the first time this year. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The house was extremely musty and humid!! Our clothes were damp in the closet and it affected my vitamins. Driveway was terribly steep with a very sharp, blind corner at the bottom or top depending on which way we were going. Ran out of toilet paper the 2nd day, had to go buy some. The house needs a dehumidifier!!

Very fully stocked kitchen...any appliance you could need....Fantastic porch on this cottage, it was our favorite feature! Has a ramp to the house from the driveway for accessibility which was great for our balance impaired son!

Absolutely lovely vistas!

Very nice property and good location. The inside is arranged for a family and works well. This unit needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen oven, toaster oven and toaster were so dirty we would not use them. All the furniture and throws were full of dog hair, and I could not stop itching.
