A large farmhouse from the early 1900s, recently renovated and located at the foot of the Castle of Magliano Alfieri, just 3 km from the entrance to Alba, nestled between the Langhe and Roero regions. A strategic location for exploring Alba and all the stunning destinations nearby, including Barbaresco, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, and many others.
The farmhouse features a spacious courtyard and a garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying peaceful moments. Inside, the original architectural style has been preserved, complemented by contemporary elements. It's an ideal place for one or two large families to create unforgettable memories.
The name Cascina d'Ghistu comes from Agostino (Ghistu in the Piedmontese dialect), the grandfather of the current owner—a man known locally for his creative spirit and strong character.
The farmhouse houses two large apartments:


On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room.


On the first floor, with a private entrance, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a large attic space on the upper level featuring a third bedroom.
