Spacious and bright 2-bedroom apartment in the highly sought-after Atarazanas market area with floor-to-ceiling French doors leading to standing balconies.Hardwood floors and high ceilings give this apartment a sense of elegance and comfort that will make you feel at home.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils needed to self-cater,This property is conveniently situated in the very heart of the historic centre right across from the acclaimed Atarazanas market, full with colourful local produce, fresh fish, olives, cheese and wines. There is free internet throughout the property, fully climate controlled and with a parking space available in the same building if required. Please note that parking is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The price is âŹ15 per day.It is walking distance to everything the city has to offer and at night time it is an oasis of peace and tranquility.
This apartment is excellent and is located in a super convenient location. The building is kept immaculately clean and the elevator is a plus. The kitchen is very well stocked and the living room is bright and sunny. The step out balconies are awesome. Hands down one of the best places Iâve stayed in Europe. My only very small suggestion is that they provide some type of area in the shower to place your soap and other toiletries rather than having to place them on the shower floor. Overall however, this apartment is spectacular
One of few rental properties that is better in person than in the listing. Wonderful corner unit filled with light which is spread throughout by clean white walls and ceilings. Very comfortable bed. Good sized kitchen with adequate cooking utensils. Great location, not loud and around corner from wonderful Atarazanas market. Only item needing improvement: cleanliness of base of shower areas.
We had a nice stay at this apartment in October. Itâs well appointed with comfy beds and all the utensils needed for meals we cooked. I took 1 star off because there was a bad odor coming from the air vents that prevented us from being able to use the air conditioner so we had some rather restless nights of sleeping due to noise from outside with the windows open for air. We did bring this to Carlos attention but couldnât get it resolved. Regardless, this apartment is in a perfect location to get to the market, lots of shopping,restaurants and historical sights. We also had a time set up for check out and Carlos didnât arrive at the appointed time. I still recommend it
We travel 60 plus days per year and have stayed in many apartments over the years, this is one of the best. The location is perfect, the apartment is beautiful and the check in was easy. Great service from Solaga. Will definitely stay again.
Everything was perfect . Minimal suggestion:
Adding shampo, conditioner, lotion, kitchen paper towels and tooth paste would be nice specially when we arrived and didnât want to go to market immediately .
The corner apartment was bright and spacious with standing balconies to view the square and side street. The fixtures and finishes were modern, top-notch. The neighborhood was family-friendly, easily walkable to the market, Alcazaba, pier/port among many other sights and locations. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location and can walk almost everywhere. It is a little nerve wracking getting there if you are driving and once parked we did not move the car. The only other issue is it is pretty noisy, but that is a small price to pay for the location.

10 days in beautiful Malaga were throughly enjoyed staying in this unit. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen with clothes washer. Modern new building with two elevators. Location is fantastic with the beautiful market next door. Close walk to shopping, beach and cathedral. Teresa made the check in and out process smooth and a pleasure.

We stayed a week with our 6 month old baby. The location so close to the market and main sights was excellent. The communication with hosts was easy and responsive. Lots of great cafes downstairs.
We stayed here comfortably for one week. The apartment offers every you need and was very clean. It is a fantastic location at the edge of the city center with its large pedestrian zone.
The famous Atarazanas market is just around the corner. It was simple and plesant to discover MĂĄlaga by foot from the apartment. Teresa is a great host, she really helped us by giving us some great suggestions for places to go to for each culinary speaciality.
Solaga will be our first joice for our next stay in MĂĄlaga.
