This impressive apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a refurbished historic building with an elevator, accessed via Trinidad Grund Street nº1. However, the apartment offers views from the living room and terrace of Plaza de la Marina, providing a privileged location in the heart of Málaga.
Completely renovated and fully furnished with modern design, the apartment is distributed on a single floor. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a lovely entrance area that distributes several spaces. On one side, there is a very bright living room, furnished with elegant design and attention to detail. The living room also includes the kitchen, which is separate, with exterior ventilation, and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. Right next to the kitchen is one of the bathrooms, smaller than the other but also equipped with a shower.
Back in the hallway, to the left, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and the main bathroom, complete with two built-in sinks and a shower. One bedroom features a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), while the other has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m).
In front of the apartment entrance, there is a private terrace with beautiful views of the city center, Plaza de la Marina, the sea, Gibralfaro Castle, and the park—truly a privilege. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, so guests can enjoy the space to the fullest.
Plaza de la Marina is one of the central transportation hubs in the city, and the underground parking garage beneath the plaza has access right in front of the building. The apartment is just a few steps away from Málaga’s main attractions, including museums, the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, Muelle 1, and more. This place was amazing. The location is right in the center of everything. Easy to get to from the train station and the airport.
This location is absolutely the best in Málaga. Restaurants, cultural sites, the harbor, shopping, the beach, they are all within easy walking distance. The terrace is gorgeous. The apartment is comfortable and clean with easy wifi, onsite laundry (no dryer but drying rack), complete kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with a double bed and two long twins that can make a King. One bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet, double sinks. The other bathroom is really only a toilet and sink with very little storage space (shower is small with low water pressure). Towels could be improved but were sufficient. The elevator is tiny and fits max three people, so it may take multiple trips to get everything up, but it was very handy to have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 4 adults for 4 nights and would definitely book here again!
