You can relax in a cozy living room with balconies overlooking the street while you unwind on a comfortable three-seater sofa. If you’re in the mood for a little downtime, there’s a smart TV where you can log into your Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Movistar, YouTube, and other accounts to watch your favourite shows.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need if you decide to cook during your stay: a fridge-freezer, a glass-ceramic stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and all the necessary kitchenware. For dining, there’s a dining table and chairs.
When it’s time to rest, there’s a bedroom on the first floor with a 150x190 cm double bed and another with a 105x190 cm single bed. Upstairs, there’s a third bedroom with an 80x190 cm single bed. Additionally, if you need to use the sofa bed in the living room, it converts into a 140x190cm bed.

There’s a bathroom on each floor, each featuring a comfortable rain shower, a hair dryer, soap, body wash, and shampoo. The bathroom on the upper floor is located inside the bedroom.
Don’t miss the charming terrace on the upper floor, where you can relax while soaking up some sunshine.
We have Wi-Fi so you can enjoy seamless internet access—whether you’re watching a TV show, sharing your photos, video chatting with family, or working if you have no other choice.
There’s also central air conditioning and heating throughout the entire apartment, so you won’t have to worry about the summer heat or the winter cold.

In addition, we offer a complimentary light breakfast so you can grab a bite before heading out. We’ll leave you a basket with everything you need to enjoy it however and whenever you like. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, herbal teas, bread, olive oil, butter, jam, and something sweet. If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival.

- Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
- Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar events or parties, are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors.
- The number of guests must match the number indicated in the reservation.
- Whenever you leave, remember to lock the door and turn off the lights and the air conditioning/heating.
- In accordance with current regulations, we are required to provide the personal information of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, once you confirm your reservation, we will send you the information needed to check in online, where you must enter your personal information before your arrival date. Once you’ve completed online check-in, you’ll receive an access code for the exterior door and another for your apartment.
