On the other side of the living room, you’ll find the dining area with a table for 6 guests, perfect for enjoying meals and special moments. From the dining area, you access the independent kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.

Through the living room, you enter the two bedrooms, both exterior-facing with views of the quiet Marín García Street. One bedroom features a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), while the other has two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). In front of both bedrooms, there is a complete bathroom, which includes a modern shower.

Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
