The service from the front desk was impeccable! Every time we had a question or needed something, they were friendly, helpful, proactive and went above and beyond. 5 starts for the front desk! The rooms were small but nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent. Easy to find, next to the cathedral. Within walking distance to everything.

We just loved this place! The location is perfect, there are so many shops and great places to eat around. The rooftop pool is a must for those hot summer days. We will be back!

You are close to everything to visit or to eat (soooo many restaurants!). We ate at the hotel one night and we didn’t like it. Room was comfortable but we had to buy still water from the mini bar since we got only one bottle for two persons for two days!

It's not a 'budget' hotel but you certainly get what you pay for. The location is perfect, the hotel is very close to, well, everything in that area of Málaga. Taxi, one minute walk, bus one minute walk, Paseo de los Curas, two minutes, the main shopping area, two minutes walk, the Alcazaba, maybe that was three minutes walk! There's probably more restaurants within walking distance than you could explore eating five meals a day for six months! The hotel, well excellent probably covers it nicely. Room was large, clean, well furnished and had good views over the neighbourhood. The only negative thing I could possibly say is about the pool, which we did not plan to use anyway. We went to the rooftop bar which, given the weather and location was quite busy with a great atmosphere. But there's the pool, surrounded by all the bar guests. It's not a large pool but if you're going to use it you're well and truly going to be on 'public display' for all the other guests! If 'doing laps' in your hotel pool is important for you this probably isn't the best hotel for you. If you don't have the need to do pool laps this is absolutely the hotel you should be staying in when you visit Málaga!

Hotel Molina Lario is fabulous

The hotel was central to everything. Most important the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the lady that checked us in. She was wonderful. Daniel was also extremely helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend staying at the Molina Lario hotel.

Excellent property, well situated at the south end of the Distrito Centro. After the terrific breakfast on site, then hang out at the rooftop pool looking out over the beautiful view, with a bar there to keep you hydrated :) If you do leave, quite convenient easy walk to anything you'd want including the beach and many, many, places to eat and drink. Professional staff are attentive, helpful, and keep the place spotless. Well worth choosing this hotel for your Malaga stay.

The property is conveniently located in the City Center and very close to the Cathedral. Sunsets on the pool terrace are wonderful. Lots of dining options behind the hotel. Get the breakfast in the morning in the hotel restaurant. I would stay here again.

Great location in the city centre of Malaga and good to have an outdoor pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately I don’t think we saw the best face of the hotel. There was renovation works going on in the lobby and the restaurant which we were not told about before our stay. I was highly dissatisfied with the room as the extra bed requested turned out to be a sofa bed and I was told all rooms for 3 people the bed is a sofa bed. This was not made clear at time I booked this hotel or I wouldn’t have chose it. There was nothing that was done when I raised this issue with the hotel team. Basically that was it. So for 6 nights I found this poor.

Great location and room condition.

The hotel location is great, just in the centre in front of Cathedral, its quiet good conditions, rennowated bathroom and room in general so spacious , clean and fresh . The bed just amazing, very comfortable mattress and pillow, AC if working well , the bathroom is clean and without mold or dirt. The pool bar is quiet small and the pool itself is old and small, could be rennovated, but nice to have it to refresh. I would come back there.
