An outstanding hotel. Staff were amazing throughout. The room was perfect (twin) with a massive shower and good facilities in the room. Comfortable beds and all in all a very peaceful stay was there during carnival weekend and barely heard a thing at night. Great location only a 5 minute walk until you are in the centre. Highly recommend thjs hotel.

Well stocked bar. Lots of choice of food and drink available. Quiet and lovely atmosphere with very welcoming reception so I could practice rather embarrassingly my Spanish. Orange peel remnants left on the bedroom table, easy to miss due to the table top pattern but was there nevertheless. Nice location, central with very local bars close for breakfasts and lunches

We stayed here 6-8 March and it was perfect. Great location with just a 10 minute walk to either the port or the historic area. Hotel is in a quiet area which meant we got a great nights sleep. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has a fabulous shower, with shower gels and shampoo provided. Hotel bar is welcoming and only €3.70 for a lovely glass of white wine. Staff were all pleasant. Overall I can’t fault this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Book it - you won’t be disappointed.

Room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. The only thing I knocked a star off for was breakfast was a bit inconsistent. A very nice stay at this new hotel. Being new you expect it to be clean, and so it was. The stuff were superb, especially Deena and Johaan (sorry if I have spelt the names wrong). The property is well locate and would happily return.

Lovely comfortable bedrooms, fabulous shower, great check in experience. Kettle, coffee machine, safe etc in room all great . Little fridge very nice but I plugged it out because it was a bit annoying clicking on and off. The bar area is also the breakfast and dining room so the furniture is functional rather than comfortable if one was only having a drink. A very nice hotel and I would definitely stay again.

From the moment we walked in the front door with Johan checking us in, Lara and Africa at the Bar Lounge they all were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is new, everything beautifully furnished and decorated, beds super comfy dream bathrooms. We managed to find parking on the streets outside front doors. Walked to Old Town and all around the area, it’s a very good location. The ROOFTOP patio WOW what a sweet perk! Managed to soak up a few rays for couple hours, this will be the hangout once weather is nice. Fabulous friendly staff! Good training is evident, cheers

New and clean. Reception staff still getting used to details. Bar closed at 10pm. Lighting in bathroom not great but rain shower very nice. No hard soap or shower cap. Bed and pillows comfortable. Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. This hotel has JUST opened (02/02/26). it may not appear when you search on maps but it’s easy to find Gorgeous bar and lounge seating. Super reception staff who were welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful with a velvet headboard that curved into a sofa with a marble table and chairs. Nespresso (?) coffee machine. Enormous bed with lovely linen and pillows. Electric blinds. We completely overslept following a late night but it was not a problem and we were told to take our time. Due to oversleeping we missed the opportunity to use the enormous tiled shower ‘room’. It’s a bit of a walk to malaga central - but it’s close to the main train station. We got a great rate but fear it’s going to go up as so exceptional. But who knows?’ Thank you lovely Serenay team. Can’t wait to come back. X
