Malcesine , nicknamed "The pearl of the lake", is certainly one of the most fascinating and glamorous towns on the lake, here you will find the " Il Cedro " residence, a structure composed of 8 apartments able to offer everything you need for a quiet and relaxing holiday based on sport, relaxation and culture.
The residence is equipped with every comfort and is located a few steps from the lake and the town center, an ideal location for a holiday without having to use the car for every trip.
The apartments are all equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating, air conditioning and the kitchens are equipped with everything necessary for cooking.
The Residence is surrounded by a bright and sunny garden but there are also areas to relax in the shade of olive trees, lemon trees or the large centuries-old cedar.
The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and there is also a small playground for the little ones.
Also available are a garage for cars , a storage room for bicycles and surfboards and a small but comfortable relaxation area with sauna.
This 35 square meter two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small private garden, a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No drinks, food or consumables (soap, shampoo, etc.) are provided.
