Children are welcome and with less than 7 years do not pay, at the time of booking should not be included in the request for quote, (example 2 adults plus a child under 7 years, type 2 ADULTS 0 CHILDREN) because once typed I can no longer return the money. But in the meantime, if there are children under 7 (even if they do not pay) you report it to me, in order to prepare beds for sleeping. You have to bring the documents, even for very young children. Typical cottage of fishermen in the area, completely independent, completely renovated in 2013, located in the historic center of Cassone and three minutes from the beach. Composed of living qucina, two double bedrooms, (on request possibility of a stroller, a high chair is a cot for a very young child), bathroom and tavern,
garage closed for a car, three hundred meters from the house, in addition we provide our guests, 4 deck chairs for the beach and 4 bicycles (two montanbaik and an American and a sitibaik) and wi-fi, of course for free..The house It is located in Cassone a medieval village, on the shore of Lake Garda, at the foot of Mount Baldo, four kilometers from Malcesine. Nearby is Gardland, Caneva, parca zoo del Garda, safari car, arena of Verona, cable car that takes you up to 1870 meters on Mount Baldo sports mountainbikes, tennis, paragliding, sailing, Kitesurf and all water sports. At 1500 meters in Val di Dream, a large school of sailing boats, katamarano Wind surf Kajt surf, for adults and children with Italian and German instructors. Also five hundred meters five tennis courts. My house is family-run, and it's all included in the price, (you only pay for a possible heating, on request, you pay according to consumption 1 euro per cubic meter.)

An excellent , well equipt apartment. THe host was always available and very responsive. The bicycles are a huge plus as we used them daily. Being able to park our car was also very helpful.

The apartment was very clean. There are 3 floors that gave us sufficient privacy when needed. The kitchen had all the equipments that one would need. The pans were especially nice - finally a place where pans don’t disintegrate The lake shore is super close on foot, and there is a little tabaccheria a few steps down the road with fresh bread and essentials. Malcesine center by bike 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Loris’ and Adele’s place, they were wonderful hosts, quickly available when needed. Grazie mille

good choice

We are glad we chose Cassone for our holiday. It was one of the most picturesque areas on the lake, and very close to Malcesine but with a much more intimate feel. The house is located in a medieval borgo on a steep cobblestone hill. The house was very vertical, with only one room per floor. On hot days, the upper rooms were quite hot. The beach chairs were a nice touch, we used them every day.

We spent one week in the house of Loris and Adele and we had a wonderful stay. First because of the heartily welcome by Loris and Adele. Furthermore the house and its interior were very good. Kitchen was well equipped and two large bedrooms and all very neat and clean. Bonus was the garage. Also the little village of Cassone was very nice - not too touristic at last this time of the year (early spring). People were nice and helpful. Fantastic Hosts.

Our vacation in Cassone on Lake Garda was superb thanks to our wonderful hosts, Loris and Adele. My wife, Ellie, has some mobility problems and, when we explained them to Loris on arrival, he and his wife, Adele, went way beyond what we had any reason to expect and made sure that we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest. In the many years that we have been traveling we have never encountered any hosts so concerned and caring. Ellie and I thank you both so very much. As to the location and the facility, we are so glad that we chose Cassone. We were looking at properties in and around Malcesine and Cassone was perfect for us, a quiet, picturesque fishing village, yet very accessible to the hustle and bustle of Malcesine and other towns around the lake. The small house has everything a couple would need for a week on the lake, but, for those who might not be in the best of physical condition or have mobility issues, keep in mind that Cassone and the house are very vertical and getting to and from the house does involve a bit of up and down hiking.

Lovely people, house and area.

Just returned from staying in Italy for two weeks and for the last week we stayed at Loris' lovely house in Cassone. It was easy to find the way to the parking area by using Google maps and Loris also provided directions and maps to help us get there. Loris doesn't speak English but that wasn't an issue as we managed extremely well by using translate apps. Loris provided a garage (and bicycles for those that wish to see the lake area in a more physical way) and met us on our arrival. The garage is just a short 3 minute walk downhill to the house. He also kindly helped us with our luggage and made sure that we were settled in well. The bottle of wine that he gave us was also greatly appreciated ;) The house is on the hill but that is no different from any accommodation in Cassone. Be aware the streets are cobbled so as another reviewer stated, no high heels. It is only a two minute walk from the lake and a minute and a half from the restaurants. The Stella and Avril were our favourites by far. There you will also see the shortest river in Italy! The house is in an extremely quiet area, finished to a high standard and had every thing we needed including a washing machine, hair dryer etc. The windows all had fly screens too! Cassone was in an excellent location for us and was only a few minutes away from Malcesine. There was a bus stop just a couple of minutes away so if you didnt wish to use a car you could easily use public transport to anywhere around the lake. Loris and his wife Adele are lovely people and were so kind and generous. The house was lovely and beautifully clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend the house and them as a lovely experience. Thank you both!

Sehr angenehm freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns auch beim Gepäck tragen geholfen hat. Man sollte mobil, bzw. gut zu Fuß sein. Die Unterkunft liegt am steilen Aufstiieg, die Garage oberhalb. Die Wohnung ist in 3 Etagen mit Schlafzimmer, Dusche und WC in der 1. Etage aufgeteilt. Unten Küche, Wohn, Essbereich und in der 2.Etage das 2.te Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr sauber, geschmackvoll, funktional und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Cassano und ca. 120m vom Gardasee. Diverse. Restaurant, Post, Kiosk, Café, Eisdielen, Bushaltestelle und Museum fußläufig in der Nähe. Für uns ein wunderbarer erster Eindruck vom Gardasee.

Es hat alles gepasst, wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche Urlaub bei Loris und Adele. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen; das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was wir benötigt haben. Herd, Kühlschrank, Insektengitter etc. haben einwandfrei funktioniert.Prosecco und ein Obstkorb stand bereit, was - dank der Rezessionen - keine Überraschung aber eine sehr nette Geste war. Obwohl wir kein Italienisch und Loris kaum deutsch konnte, war die Verständigung problemlos.Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 2 phantastische Wochen bei Loris in Cassone verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses it perfekt, nah an Strand Minimarkt, 4 Restaurant und eine Eisdiele. Der Ort ist traumhaft authentisch und weniger überfüllt im Vergleich zu Malcesine. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht und die Fahrräder sind ein super Extra, da das Städtchen fast autofrei ist und der Fahrradweg entlang der Promenade die viel bessere Alternative um die Gegend zu erkunden. Loris ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der nett, unkompliziert und schnell geholfen hat wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir sind ihm sehr dankbar und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal zu Gast bei Adele und Loris. Es war ein wunderschöner und entspannter Urlaub. Das Haus ist malerisch gelegen, im Herzen des wunderschönen Ortes Cassone. Abends kann man auf dem Balkon sitzen und hört überall italienische Stimmen. Mehr italienisches Flair geht nicht!!!Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der See und die Promenade sind 300 Meter entfernt. Man findet immer einen Platz zum Sonnenbaden. Das Panorama mit dem Blick zum anderen Seeufer, vor allem Abends, ist der Wahnsinn. Adele und Loris sind freundliche und herzliche Vermieter, es gab überhaupt keine Probleme!Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine wunderbare Zeit

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cassone und in der Unterkunft von Loris und Adele. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, perfekte Lage und wenn es mal zu warm wird, gibt es ein Kellergewölbe, indem es angenehm kühl ist. Auch die Garage war ein Luxus. Zu Fuss zum See sind es gerade mal zwei Minuten.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles Gute an Loris und Adele wünschen Micha und Nadine

Top: Toller Gastgeber, Check in einfach.Toller Empfang mit Obstkorb, Prosecco und Wasser.Alles wie beschrieben, zum See 3 Minuten mit langen Radwegen in beide Richtungen. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Raum zum Räder unterstellen oder in der Garage. Waren sehr zufrieden. Die Garage ist 200 Meter entfernt, aber auch hier hat der Gastgeber Loris geholfen.

Traumurlaub

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Loris und Adele haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Es war Urlaub vom ersten Moment an. Auf dem Tisch stand ein wunderschöner Obstkorb für uns bereit. Im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Prosecco. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet , in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Sauberkeit allein hat schon mindestens 5 Sterne verdient. Rundum perfekt!

Wir waren 2018 schon in diesem wunderbaren Haus von Loris und Adele! Sie sind zwei herzensgute Gastgeber und sind für jedliche Fragen stehts zur Stelle! Es hat eine Garage fürs Auto sowie Fahrräder und sogar einen Kinderfahrradsitz! Das Haus ist eher klein aber bietet alles was das Herz begehrt! Auf dem Tisch stand eine gefüllte Obstschale und im Kühlschrank fanden wir einen Prosecco! Ein perfektes ankommen!(: Im Städtchen hat es mehrere Pizzerias und ein Caffe/Gelateria! Also alles was man braucht. Vom Haus hat man ca. 3min zum See und findet ohne gross zu Suchen die schönsten Badeplätze! Stündlich fährt ein Tourist-Bus nach Malcesine. Dort durch die wunderschönen schmalen Gassen und Shops flanieren und an jeder Ecke findet man etwas zu essen! Einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Wir werden wieder kommen! Wirklich schön!!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in italien verbringen dürfen. Die Gastgeber sind so umsichtig und nett. Zur Ankunft mit einem Obstkorb, einer Flasche Wasser und einer Flasche Prosecco begrüsst worden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingereicht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im kuhlen , Untergeschoss der Unterkunft . Sehr praktisch, bei heissen Temperaturen. Diese Unterkunft klare Empfehlung.!!!!! Wasser fussläufig ca. 3 Minuten, kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nah . Wir kommen gern wieder .... herzlich Familie Uhlemann heussen heissen Temperaturen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren im Juli 2024 zwei Wochen in Cassone. Erstmal, es ist alles wie beschrieben! Das Haus liegt im Zentrum des malerischen Ortes Cassone. Man gelangt über kleine steile Gassen und Torbögen zu Fuß zum Haus, das etwas zurück zwischen anderen Häusern liegt. Die Lage und der Flair sind aussergewöhnlich! Es ist schön ruhig, von der Straße ist kaum etwas zu hören. Eine gesunde Mobilität sollte jedoch vorhanden sein. Die Ausstattung ist gut und wir haben nichts vermisst. Man gelangt in drei Minuten an den See. Eine Strandpromenade mit kleinen Kiesstränden lädt zum Baden ein. Hier kann man herrlich sitzen, schwimmen, ein Eis oder eine Pizza genießen. Wir haben uns auch abends mal spontan die Badesachen geschnappt und sind runter zum See. Abends unbedingt an Mückenschutz denken! Malcesine ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Haus gehört eine große Garage, in die unser VW Caddy mit Dachträger ohne Probleme gepasst hat. Es war auch noch Platz für Räder und Fahrradträger. Das ist ehrlich gesagt purer Luxus!! Die Parkplätze sind überall knapp und man muss sich über das Parken keine Gedanken machen. Die Vermieter Adele und Loris sind herzliche und freundliche Leute und geben alles für einen schönen Urlaub! Ein Obstschale, eine Flasche Prosecco und eine Flasche Wasser standen für uns bereit. Grazie mille und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!!

Hochzeitsreise

Wir haben zum 2.Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Cassone verbracht. Diesmal war es unsere Hochzeitsreise. Durch den überaus herzlichen Empfang durch das Vermieterehepaar fühlt man sich sofort willkommen. Das ist der beste Start in einen wundervollen Urlaub. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem romantischen, außergewöhnlichen schönem Haus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Nähe zum See ist perfekt. Das Haus und das kleine Dörfchen Cassone sind traumhaft und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die schönsten Unternehmungen. Auch eine Garage ist vorhanden, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch ein kleiner Laden, wo man alles bekommt…von täglich frischen Brötchen bis zum Busfahrschein. Allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, um das Haus zu erreichen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles und bis bald.

Ursprüngliche Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft in einem Teilort von Malcesine. Nur 5 km von der Altstadt entfernt sehr ruhig und angenehm gelegen. Garage und die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind sehr angenehm.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, super Lage

Es war alles in allem ein entspannter Urlaub. Schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Ganz nette Vermieter. Fahrräder, Strandliegen alles vorhanden. Zum See drei Minuten. Einziges Manko, das WLAN hat schlecht oder garnicht funktioniert.

Es war ein super Urlaub. Unterkunft absolut wie beschrieben.Sehr sauber. Prall gefüllter Obstkorb, Flasche gekühlter Prosecco und Flasche Wasser zum Empfang. Der Gastgeber Loris hat uns auf seinem Motorroller zur dazugehörigen Garage geleitet. Es ist zu empfehlen an der Hauptstraße bei der Pizzeria auf dem Parkplatz zu warten bis der Gastgeber kommt, sonst sucht man unnötig und erspart sich Zeit und Stress. Perfekte Lage der sehr schönen Wohnung zum Strand wirklich zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten.Besonders toll, der Raum zur Ferienwohnung zum unterstellen von Fahrrädern und SUP Board und Waschmaschine vorhanden inklusive Wäscheständer und Wäscheklammern direkt im Haus.(Zusätzlich zur Garage, die ca. 3Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist).Im Ort Cassone gibt es auch sehr Nahe zu Fuß mehrere gute Restaurants. Zum Altstadtkern von Malcesine brauchten wir mit dem Fahrrad 12 Minuten, fast die ganze Strecke am gut ausgebautem Radweg direkt am Gardasee entlang. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.👍👍

Wunderschöner Urlaub!!

Unser erster Urlaub am Gardasee war sehr schön , auch dank unserer schönen Unterkunft im Haus von Loris und Adele. Bereits vor der Anreise hatten wir eine nette Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern , die mit Ihrer Herzlichkeit und Fürsorge für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben Wir wurden mit einem tollen Obstkorb und Sekt auf unseren Urlaub eingestimmt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt in unserer Unterkunft , der Ausblick von dort direkt auf den Gardasee war ein Traum. Man ist in drei Minuten am Wasser. Das Auto steht gut geparkt in einer großen Garage, wo auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen , mit denen man wenigstens gut bis in den schönen Nachbarort Malcesine fahren konnte. Von Cassone aus kann man auch sehr gut einen Tag nach Verona fahren , sehr romantisch dort. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an euch , Loris und Adele , wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder !!
