Spacious but neglected property

This is a spacious room. However, it is a property that does not receive proper or sufficient attention from the owner. It is not in great shape. Showerheads are particularly bad. There are so many areas where the owner could invest just a bit of money to make it much better. It is a neglected property. However, there are many beds, and they are comfortable beds. Owner charges a lot for this property. So they need to invest some of that money into the upkeep of the property.
