Located in the heart of town, and walking distance to everything, this spacious, and pet-friendly 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 full bathroom townhouse has everything to offer. With beautiful flooring throughout, new furnishings, private laundry and a cozy gas fireplace, this home has everything to offer! You will enjoy a quiet forest setting from the large open balcony and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out over the 3-levels of this cabin. The entry offers a spacious mud room so you can unload and store all your adventure gear. On the second level the upgraded open kitchen is great for entertaining, with center island and stone counters and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. A separate dining space allows seating for 6, with additional bar seating at the kitchen island. The large living room has a comfortable 3 piece sofa and loveseat, gas fireplace with stone mantle and large flatscreen Smart TV so you can catch a movie or the game all together. On the lower level, the master bedroom features a Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The private washer / dryer is on this level for your convenience for those longer stays. The third story features the upstairs open loft, with two twin beds plus trundles, perfect for the kiddos! The unit has a large spacious corner deck at the front of the property with BBQ gas grill, and an additional lower deck at the rear of the property. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool (Summer only), two year-round outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities with parking available right in front of the unit. You can walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, bars, shopping and restaurants. The red line shuttle takes you throughout town on the main road, Meridian Blvd, and can quickly shuttle you to Eagle Lodge to access the lifts. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit has 3 levels inside, is non-smoking and pets are permitted (One pet allowed. Additional upon approval). This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Nice townhome in central location

The townhome was in a great location short walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and city shuttle stops. Check-in process was very smooth with great communication. Townhome was well stocked and dog friendly. Inside would benefit from a bit of TLC and a new coat of paint, but otherwise a great place to stay.

Spring ski trip

The property is in an older complex, but it has been remodeled and was very comfortable. They need a new tea pot, but it is a good mid-level condo. My only complaint is that it was advertised as 3 bedroom, but it is really two bedroom and a loft. The listing was misleading and I think this should be changed.

We've been to Mammoth many times, staying in different condo rentals, and this has been our favorite thus far. The property is in a great location, shuttle to the slopes right across the street, everything we needed in the kitchen, and a grill on the balcony. It was really nice to have a separate mud room with a door to keep the cold air out, and the gates on the stairs were helpful for the dog. We loved the complementary access to the athletic club (gym, jacuzzi, steam room, indoor pool). Only complaint is the nonstick cookware is very scratched up.

Great location

We had a great time staying this location in Mammoth. The location was conveniently located near Vons and eateries. The loft area had 2 twin trundle beds which worked great for the 3 kids (ages 10 and 12). If you’re in the downstairs bedrooms, you can hear people moving around in the 2nd level, so just make sure you’re awake before your kids are. 😊

Nice clean place!

Everything was as described, clean and organized. Plenty of space for my family, beds included. Check in is about a half a block away, very convenient. I would stay again, maybe not with 10-12' of snow piled EVERYWHERE!

Property was tidy but floors were very dirty Layout as expected and practical Beds were way too high almost requiring a ladder. Getting rid of the unnecessary box spring would solve this. Only one tv in condo, none in bedrooms which didn’t work for 5 people. Should have had TV’s in all bedrooms

Pet Friendly Comfortable Family Stay

This condo was comfortable for our family of 5 and our Labrador. The kitchen was very well equipped and the couches in the living room and beds were comfortable. The stairs from the living room on the second level down to the first floor entrance were a little too steep and slippery for our dog to manage easily and I wished there were friction strips on the stairs to manage them easier. Otherwise, everything was great. It is an easy walk to Mammoth Creek Park to walk the dog on great paths in a beautiful park. Check in and out was super easy at the management company located just down the street from the condo.
