The Space:

The open living area features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful stone fireplace, a TV with DVD player, and access to a private balcony for fresh alpine air. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, with a breakfast bar for 4 and a dining table that seats 8âgreat for group dinners or game night.
Sleeping is spread across two private bedrooms, a bonus room, and a loft, offering flexibility for families and friends. There are three full bathroomsâone ensuite and two hall bathsâso getting out the door is easy. WiFi is provided, and when youâre ready to unwind aprĂšs-adventure, head to the community hot tub and sauna or the game room with a pool table. A laundry facility is available in the complex.

âą WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakesâ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
âą Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.
âą Parking: 1 assigned space in the underground garage (space #2). 1 additional vehicle may park in any unnumbered underground space on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be inside the unit. Additional parking beyond whatâs described is not guaranteed.
âą Communal amenities: The hot tub, sauna, game room, and laundry are shared amenities of the Crestview complex. Availability and hours are managed by the HOA and may vary.
âą Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
