Looking for a true luxury ski-in/ski-out, 3-bedroom in Mammoth? Well, look no further! This lovely Eagle Run condo, makes an ideal vacation getaway, and offers an amazing 180-degree view of the area's beautiful scenery, including spectacular vistas on the Sherwin Mountain range, the Valentine Reserve and the gorgeous White Mountains. Situated just off the slopes at Eagle Lodge Chair 15, you can literally ski right up to the front door! Sleeps 8!

This newly-built home is conveniently located adjacent to the underground parking access for ease in loading/unloading your luggage and gear. When you arrive, you will step onto the heat-traced walkways and open your front door. Welcome to your beautiful mountain getaway! This 1370 sq. ft home is just steps away from one of the two large community hot tubs. At the entrance, you will find a mudroom with a secure ski closet for your gear. The property features a fully-appointed, modern kitchen with granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, and new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a new 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, with additional flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.

The upstairs master bedroom and living room both offer decks with views, and a gas fireplace. In the living room, you will find a dining area for 6, as well as barstools for another 3. The master bedroom offers a King bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet and private, full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 36” TV, while bedroom three includes 2 Twin beds and a 32” TV. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks with a shower/tub combo, and can be divided for privacy.

Perched high on the hill above Eagle Lodge, the Eagle Run complex is one of Mammoth's most spectacular condominium developments, offering the ultimate ski-in/ski-out location through the winter season, as well as convenient entry to the town bike trail during the warmer months. Stunning panoramic views, underground parking, heat-traced walkways, and beautifully appointed interiors are hallmarks of this Mammoth premiere community. The kitchens offer maple cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood floors and the newest state-of-the-art appliances. This unit is furnished in earth tones and spice colors, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. Two parking passes come with this unit. One assigned space is located in the underground parking garage marked #204. Overflow parking is available inside of the garage as well in unmarked spots on a first-come first-serve basis.

Deceptive / inconsiderate

The advertisement said Ski-in ski-out! That was the deception! It does not tell you that skiing on that side of the mountain will all depend on the time of the season! late fall or early spring there is no skiing there and you have to find a way to get to the main mountain 5 miles away to ski!! During peak season only you can ski in but skiing out is not possible it is all up hill to get to the slope to ski down to the lift! We arrived Sunday eveningThe condo is heated by a gas fireplace only. The temperature was set at 50degrees and it was freezing in the condo the whole first night. On Tuesday morning and every other morning at 7:00AM we were woken up by loud scrapping, pressure washing and banging of ladders as they were starting to wash and paint the exterior of the condo. On Wednesday all the windows and the patio doors were covered with plastic We could not open a window, look out a window, use the patio or anything! How very very sad to lock 5 people in a condo with two gas fireplaces and no ability to open windows or doors. The condo got so warm and there was no AC so sleeping was horrible!! the plastic was not removed till late Friday evening! We left early Saturday morning.

Quiet condo

Condo was cozy and comfortable. I was concerned about it being too warm in the summer but there were fans available. After being out all day, we used the fans to bring in the cool evening air from outside. The luggage carts made transporting our belonging easily. All in all it was an enjoyable stay and would visit again.

View from the Top

This condo is located above Eagle Lodge, excellent location for winter skiing. In summer a car is necessary, or you can hop on the shuttle. It was clean and well designed. The view was fabulous, looking east you can see Lake Crawley. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this condo and the management company.

Stayed at a ski in ski out condo. The lift for this use however was not open, therefore ski and ski out in truth was not possible. Wish they may have provided notification/disclosure prior to our booking.

Great location for skiers but a drive to the town so be prepared. We chose this spot knowing exactly where it was as we had stayed at Juniper lodge previously. We knew that if it snowed we wouldn’t be going anywhere
and it did. For two straight days. That said the house worked really well for us and we would come again

Great ski-in ski-out location

Comfortable for six people, clean, good ski in ski out location next to Eagle Lodge. It took a while to heat the main living area, but once the heat reached 70° it was not an issue. We did find some space heaters after the fact. The assigned parking space and guest parking was convenient. Overall very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great Condo

Condo was as described, kitchen was well stocked and the view from the family room was great. There is so much snow this year (April 2023) there was a 20 foot tall tunnel of snow leading to our unit so you can not ski in or ski out of any of the units at this point. It is possible to ski to the Juniper Lodge and then walk up the road to the Eagle Run.

Family Ski Vacation

The property had a very good location, we were able to get to the slope albeit climbing over huge mounds of snow. The views were great, and everything was in good working order. The only negative, there was a large ice patch in front of our unit. I fell on it, and it was really dangerous. We requested that they do something about it. The management company blamed the Home Owner association, but nothing was resolved, and no one followed up. Other than that it was very nice.

Great location

Easy ski in and out. Not quite sure why with a 260 cleaning fee we should have to start the dishwasher, but the place is very, very nice. Great view, big parking spot.
