About the Space:
This updated modern mountain 3 level townhome is a spacious 1234 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 4 bathrooms, perfectly laid out for families and/or groups of friends.

There are two ensuite bedrooms on the first level. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, good sized closet, and the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance/deck to the parking area. The second bedroom downstairs also offers a queen-sized bed, dressers, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. There is a private deck located off this bedroom.

The main level (second floor) offers an open floorplan with vaulted ceilings and south facing, large, floor to ceiling windows, creating a bright and warm space. There is comfortable furniture, new 65" Smart TV, and cozy pellet stove for cold winter days. Off the living space are two private porches, perfect for stargazing and taking in the crisp mountain air. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The dining room table offers plenty of seating for the whole group. Off the upstairs main living area is a full bathroom, with walk-in shower and private in-unit laundry area.

On the third level of the home is the loft. It offers two queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent and pellets.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Sierra Park Villas. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), and community BBQ (seasonal).

There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property – parking located in common parking area directly in front of the unit.

Access to decks on first level may not be accessible during winter/spring months depending on amount of snowfall.
