This new vacation home is located at phase IV of Snowcreek and is nestled right along the meandering creek, in a beautiful, peaceful forest setting. Listen to the trickling creek running past the back porch, whilst enjoying a 2 car private garage and plenty of space for everyone with this spacious 2 story layout with almost 2500 sq ft. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a laundry room, mud room, and you can bring Fido along to soak it in too. On the entry level of this home, enjoy the convenience of the attached 2 car garage - no shoveling required, or after you've entered through the front porch there is a mud room with plenty of storage for all your adventuring gear. Enjoy the large fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals (and we mean everything), including an Air Fryer, Mixer, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area offers seating for up to 8 people with an extension leaf available, and an additional smaller dining area for 4 in the kitchen. The open floor plan of this great room with high vaulted ceilings offers a nice flow into the living room, with a cozy gas fireplace and large flatscreen smart TV. Enjoy the rear private deck that overlooks the creek with private BBQ grill, and you can often have deer visiting, the perfect spot to soak up some mountain fresh air. There is a powder bath on this level. Also on the ground level is the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed, TV with Roku, a large closet, and private balcony. The en-suite full bathroom offers a dual vanity and walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. On the upper second story is the remaining two guest bedrooms, both with private en-suites. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, TV with Roku with full attached bathroom with tub/shower combo, and the third bedroom features a Queen bed, with double futon sofa bed, TV with Roku, and en-suite full bathroom with shower. The home offers a private laundry room with washer and dryer, so you have all the conveniences of home. The home enjoys high ceilings and as a corner unit gets lots of natural light. This unit is pet-friendly and allows dogs, sleeps a maximum of 8, and is non-smoking/vaping. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Spacious, clean, had all the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for a ski trip with a group. Only small issue was the hot water ran out relatively quickly.

Wonderful Stay at a Cozy Mammoth Lakes Cabin

We recently stayed at this beautiful house in Mammoth Lakes, and it was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with stunning views of the mountains, making it the perfect escape from city life. Check-In & Communication: The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We had no trouble with the check-in process, and all the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Communication throughout our stay was seamless, with the host checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. House & Amenities: The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The interior had a rustic, yet modern feel—perfectly suited for a mountain getaway. The living room was cozy with a large fireplace, great for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and we loved cooking meals together as a group. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were soft, and the linens were high quality. We especially loved the master suite, which had an en-suite bathroom and a lovely view of the mountains. Location: The location couldn’t be better. We were just a short drive away from the main ski slopes, and there were also plenty of trails for hiking. We had an incredible stay at this Mammoth Lakes house and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and beautiful place to stay in the area.
