Large Rustic & Bright Home. Pool & Tennis Court On-site, Near Restaurants

Close to shops and restaurants! Nicely decorated 1 bedroom, loft 2 bathroom unit; sleeps up to 6. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, stereo, new flooring and a wood burning fireplace. This unit also has a washer/dryer and free internet access. The master bedroom has king bed with a TV. The loft offers a double and bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk. The complex has a Jacuzzi, Outdoor pool and BBQ grill (summer only), sauna, laundry facilities, tennis court, and outside parking. Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. The place is dated. Some upgrades done but needs more work. The living area was very comfortable for relaxing after skiing. However the kitchen was not very clean. Supplies for tidying during our stay was definitely lacking. The management company did assist us promptly with an issue, and provided us with additional supplies. Good location

Great place for the budget, perfect location, easy to access all lifts/lodge access. Clean, very easy and accommodating. Walkable or very short drive to restaurants/groceries, etc. Perfect location. My only criticism - at no fault of the individual owner of this particular unit - was the incessant stench of marijuana from the unit below. Philosophically, I have no objection to any one "using" for whatever reason; to each their own, but I personally don't care for it. However, our unit was unfortunately subject to untenable constant stench from someone's need to smoke indoors; presumably seeping through the vents into our unit (above). No idea if this was a fulltime owner/permanent resident or someone renting for the weekend? But worth mentioning - I likely wouldn't stay there again for that reason alone. Made me, my teenage son and his friend nauseated.

This location is excellent walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Easy drive to lakes and hikes. Cozy and plenty of amenities. We stay here any chance we get.

Location was great, and that’s about it.

First time renting a property through a this third party booking agency, and definitely my last! Great location and decent price. Downstairs bathroom was renovated. However: One of two heating units was broken. Top tray of dishwasher was broken. Lamp/table combo by couch was barely standing up. Very mediocre cleaning job was done before our arrival. Found a pair of women’s panties behind the dresser in our bedroom! (a long with tons of dust bunnies). Looked like sheets of beds were changed out and that’s about it. Lastly, we Enjoyed the fire for two nights just fine. Our last night it was very windy and cold, so we wanted to enjoy the fire one last time (for the ambiance and for warmth). The fireplace smoked out the whole cabin, and went straight up the the loft where 4 of the 6 of us where sleeping. When we got home, all of our gear smelled like a dirty fireplace! When I called the “property management” to report the issues, I was given attitude and no sympathy for the issues we experienced. I will never rent a property from this third party again, even for the location. I recommend renting from someone who owns the property, because they actually care about their place and the experience you have. I’ve rented dozens of places before and have never had a negative experience like this before.

This property is close to the vons shopping center and a couple of restaurants. Far enough away from the main street for peace and quiet. One down side is it far from the bus stop.

Family Vacation

This was a beautiful place in a beautiful peacefully quiet area. Walking and short drive distance from all of the best eating & shopping places. We had a little trouble with our neighbor who did not like the noisy-ness of our 3, 9 & 12 year old, but the rental management dealt with this super quickly and we’re very understanding. Overall great stay!

Mammoth mtb race weekend

This was an excellent property. We had an amazing time. Perfect location for the amenities that we did while staying there. Walkable/bikeable to shops, food, coffee, mtb trails, and lakes. The issues were: a lot of screen windows and screen doors were broken, TV was very outdated, Netflix, electronic TV apps did not work, Wifi was very slow, upstairs bed was not very comfortable, and dishwasher was coming out of slot.

The fireplace/insert had a gap and each evening when we turned on the lamps/lights moths came from this gap. Must have killed approximately 20 moths. Little creepy, but didn't want to have to repack everything up and move to a different spot. That gap really needs repair as fireplace smoke would come directly from that area into the room.

This place was perfect for our family trip to Mammoth. Large enough so we didn’t feel cramped, very clean and comfortable. Location was great, just a few minutes to the village. Check in and out easy. I would recommend.

Only had two small issues. Window upstairs was broken and could open. Called the number provided and was called back promptly. Was told they could have it fixed today. Was not a big issue. Television upstairs did not connect to the internet so no TV upstairs. Unit was clean and had all the amenities of home.

Great Stay for our Family

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again. The space was comfortable and worked out well for our family of 5. Really liked the extra large couch and the downstairs bathroom was very nice! I like that you have some games and appreciated the "extras" in the cabinet like cooking oil and a few spices. We gave it 4 stars out of 5 for a few small things: the bunk bed was very wiggly and mattresses on it not that thick or comfortable. Downstairs bed was also very hard. The upstairs bathroom needs a little love (especially a new toilet seat). A few more forks and spoons would be nice too.

Great Place - Poor Communication

Great location and walking distance to everything in town. Perfect for our party of three. The unit had moth problem in the loft area. Not a big deal, these things happen. But it was further made worse when property mgmt did not provided traps when we asked. For the first two nights of our stay we awoke to a swarm of them each night. After removing over 30 moths, on the second night we decided to sleep on the couch. I called property mgmt at 9am the next morning requesting traps and followed up with an email at noon the same day. Property mgmt did not respond for over 48 hours. They sent maintenance out later that same day, who did not return with traps until the next day at 5pm, the day before we were leaving. My partner and I ended up sleeping in the living room for 4 out 5 nights. When I called to discuss this, property mgmt said it was the season. We totally understand that, but would have liked to get a call back and traps in less than 48 hrs. To top it off, I sent an email on the day that we left, requesting a discount and it has still gone unanswered. I would wholeheartly recommend this unit; we actually thought it was perfect. But due to lack of response from the property management, we will not use their services again.
