for families or small groups, this cozy retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6

guests. Upstairs, enjoy a bright living area with a wood-burning fireplace,

comfortable seating, flatscreen TV and a sofa sleeper ideal for relaxing after

a day on the slopes or trails. The dining area seats six, and the fully

equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals. A full bathroom

with a tub/shower combo is also located on this level. Downstairs, both

bedrooms provide a quiet retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed,

while the second bedroom includes two twin beds. A full bathroom with a

tub/shower combo is shared on this level. This unit is non-smoking, and pets

are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll

enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and skiing while still tucked

away from the crowds. A shuttle stop across the street makes getting around

town simple and convenient. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and

sauna, recreation room and laundry facilities, plus an outdoor pool available

Perfect for ski/snowboard trip

Extremely comfortable beds! Fireplace and heat was fantastic and worked properly. Quick 5-10 minute walk to the village to get on gondola to canyon lodge. Would stay again!

The kitchen cooking utensils were very inadequate, there was no BBQ in the public space or at the unit. The public BBQ is not put out until June 1st. There was no ice in the freezer. Overall a bit disappointing.
