Nearly a ski-in/ski-out location! Come to this quiet, private mountain retreat that is just a short, one-block walk to Chairlift #15, located at the Juniper Springs area of Little Eagle Lodge. This townhome-style, ground-level condo boasts a fully-equipped granite kitchen with breakfast bar/stools, formal dining area/table for 6, in-unit washer/dryer, and a community heated pool (in summer) and spa (year-round). Enjoy TVs in every room, and free high-speed internet. Park your car in the secured, heated, underground parking garage.

Stay warm while gathering around the custom river rock fireplace, or get some fresh air on the private deck with BBQ, overlooking the Sierra Star Golf Course.

Accommodates up to 6 people with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed beds in the second bedroom with a queen on top and queen on the bottom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens are provided.

On the adjacent street, a free town shuttle picks up every 15 minutes, transitioning between The Village, shops, restaurants, discount outlets, movie theaters, grocery stores and more.

No smoking/ No pets

Two parking passes come with this unit. There is only one assigned space in the underground garage (space #105) Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis around the complex.

Super easy to get to the mountain for a walk or drop the kids off and have a nice walk to the mountain to meet them there. Place was a great size for a family of 4 and would return for any stay at the mountain.

A Great Stay!

A lovely stay at Mammoth Green #105. The unit was clean and comfortable. The showers were great after a long day of hiking. Mornings and evenings on the patio overlooking the golf course were so enjoyable! Any questions and/or concerns I had were met with an immediate response / resolution. Thank you for a great stay!

A worthwhile booking

Condo was clean and adequate equipped located on a golf course. Fun to sit on the patio in the morning and watch the golfers. The condo was comfortable, bed in master very comfortable. We were there in beautiful weather so didn’t use heating system. Bathroom came equipped with basic necessities to get you through a weekend and shower pressure was awesome. We liked the condo location and would not hesitate to stay here again. Keyless entry which I love. Pool and hot tub, hot tub was out of order so we didn’t use it.

Not ski in/ski out

“Nearly ski in/ski out” is misleading. It is neither. It’s not far from Eagle Lodge, but you have to walk. Inside the condo is basically as pictured and more than fine for 2-4 people. More than that would be very tight. The only heat in the kitchen/dining/living area is from the gas fireplace but it delivers nice warmth and ambience. When its pilot went out from the wind the tablet directions were wrong so we had to request maintenance who responded quickly. All appeared clean but we did find a credit card under the bench in the master bath so we kinda wondered about cleaning. The property management kept walkways well cleared though we were there during the blizzard. The checkout procedures and costs for failing to follow them seemed somewhat extreme. Grill worked great and an extra cylinder was provided. All in all we were happy with the unit and our blizzard stay. But definitely not ski in/ski out.

Family of four w critical teenagers, we had a great time at this unit. Efficient check-in and check-out process. We cooked all meals at the unit, which was stocked w appropriate meal prep materials. We’ve stayed at other units in this complex but will be returning to this unit for future visits. Great job on being a solid host.

Great Family Spot!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. Had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two boys (11 & 9). Condo was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed. Really was close to everywhere in Mammoth and a nice quiet location. Highly recommended!
