The Space:

A recreation/game room comes complete with a pool table and TV for more leisurely days hanging closer to home.



As you venture out into the greater community, you can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge, whisking you off onto the challenging slopes of Mammoth Mountain. Catch the free shuttle to Mammoth Village and liven up your evenings by exploring the host of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Coin-operated laundry on site.

• This condo is located on the top floor of the building, accessible only by a set of stairs.

• Garage parking available for 1 vehicle. A parking pass is required and will be located in the home upon arrival. Overflow parking is also available.

• A locker is available on the 1st floor for gear storage. The key to the locker can be found inside the condo.

• There are tennis courts, basketball hoop, pickle ball and more available for guest use.
