Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This comfortable condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to Eagle Lodge, Snowcreek Golf, and year-round Eastern Sierra adventures.



The Space:

Settle into a warm, family-friendly condo with 1 bedroom, a spacious loft, and 2 full bathrooms. The main living area is designed for easy downtime—light the fireplace, sink into plush seating, and enjoy movie nights on the 42" TV with a theater system (VCR/DVD/CD). Step onto the balcony for a breath of mountain air.

The full kitchen is equipped for simple meals in, and there’s WiFi to keep you connected. After the day’s outings—skiing, hiking, or exploring—return to a peaceful complex with on-site amenities including spas, saunas, seasonal pool, and BBQ area.

Important Things to Note

• This home is not pet friendly.

• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes must be displayed at all times; you’ll find them inside the unit.

• Stairs: Stairs are required inside the home (loft is upstairs).

• Communal amenities: The complex offers three spas and saunas; the outdoor pool and BBQ area are open during summer only.

• Laundry: There are three communal laundry rooms in the complex.

• Winter transit: The free Green Line shuttle stops by the complex in winter and runs to Eagle Lodge and The Village.

• WiFi: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable this is common across town.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

The host was very responsive, which was the main plus. However, there were quite a few issues with this lodging. The refrigerator needs to be fixed; it is absurdly loud and kept us up all night. The shower curtain needs to be washed, as it had black mold. Additionally, the water ran cold after only two people showered

Spring Break Vacation

Excellent communication, we had an issue with the heater and they brought us a spare heater right away. Maintenance came to check on the heater. The rental needs small upgrades such as coffee maker, blender, etc. The location is great, everything is super close. Comfy stay, minor issues, would come back!
