New Remodeled Studio-Loft Convenient to Town & Bus
Privately Owned and Managed Studio/Loft Condo rental. Comfortable accomodations for a very reasonable price located in the popular Mountain Shadows Complex. Walk to restaurants, bars, theaters, Vons and many area shops. Condo was recently remodeled. Upstairs unit, fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, sleeps 1-4, electric fireplace, linen's provided, 3 jacuzzi's, swimming pool in summer, 3 sauna's, 3 onsite laundry facilities, BBQ's in summer.
Studio with loft above. One King size bed in the loft and a twin or king size sleeper sofa in the living area. 2 full baths, one down and one up. Full size functional kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove. Fully stocked for cooking.
The studio comes equipped with a 55" Roku TV with cable.
Sorry, no Saturday check in's or checks out.
Entire home and onsite amenities. Two car maximum in the parking lot directly in front of the building. Easy (free) shuttle access to the mountain or around town.
You can reach me via email, text or phone during your stay if you require assistance. My cleaning company is also available for any questions.
