Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features a spacious remodeled condo with granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and a washer/ dryer. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Great Location for Larger Group

Easy check-in for parking permits The place suited our purposes for being close to the village with a group of us doing the Mammoth Tuff. Short walk for us to get to the village and surrounding restaurants.. It’s a short drive to several of the trail heads that we enjoyed. We cooked a little while there and the kitchen was well supplied. We all fit at the table comfortably. The place overall was comfortable.

Place was nice! Its close to the village which is where we spent most of the evenings. Plenty big enough for 8 adults.

Property was great for a family. Although it was a little dated, the kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well. Location was amazing, and we would come back. Plenty of space for up to 10

The location was great...

The location was great, but the condo wasn't that clean. There were cobwebs everywhere and the dishwasher was full when we arrived. The cable and wifi was out, the property manager did try to fix it and was super nice it but it would have been better if it was working. We also had to wait for 1/2 hour (at 8:00 at night) for them to make a key for the condo as the cleaning crew had the keys. Great weekend non-the-less. I wish there was a button in between "I loved it" and "Not really" because that would be more accurate.

Very cozy and great location

The place was very close to the village which was exactly what we were looking for. Getting to the mountain was only a couple minutes walk to the Gondola. We also loved everyone that worked there. They were very friendly and accommodating. Our puppy Baxter loved running around the community in all the powder as it was safe and away from the busy roads which was important. The only downside to our stay were the beds and pillows. They were very hard and uncomfortable which is not a hard fix. So, hopefully the owner reads this and updates the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great for us! I would suggest better attention to some important details for your future guests. You need to provide a new coffee maker. The existing one leaks nearly 1/3 the pot all over your granite. The BBQ was not clean and the brush to clean it with was disgusting and full of debris and unusable. The propane tank was completely empty and we had to call for a new one. Also, with a guest list of 10 people, two kitchen dish towels were supplied. A few more would be better, along with a few wash clothes....there were none. There was a newer sponge/scouring pad under the sink. It was not packaged and had been slightly used. No telling where it had been used so we had to go buy one. A broom would be nice so that your guests could maintain the floors while visiting. The mattress on the bed in the master bedroom dips on one side but it is livable. Ceiling fans would be awesome in the bedrooms for the summer visitors. The window blinds in the front bedroom downstairs have broken slats. We plan on returning next year and it would be nice to know that these improvements are up to date as we will for sure consider your property again. We really enjoyed the end unit location as well. There was room there for the guys to play washer games, etc. We would rent this property again. Hope to see you next year!

Great cabin walking distance to The Village!

We had a great time at this condo. Walking distance to the Village Gondola was perfect for getting to the lifts easily every morning, and coming home at the end of a long day of riding on the mountain. The condo was spacious, with nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and lumpy, along with the pillows that are lumpy or just way too thin. Also, the upstairs living area is small if you have a full house. The community spa and sauna were great for all the sore bodies each night. We will most likely stay here again!

Nice size, not a short walk to gondola and heating in unit doesn't work well

The size of unit is nice. Description on unit says short walk to gondola. It is not a short walk. It is a shorter walk to the bus stop. Unit itself is maintained decent, but they have a gas burning stove and a wall unit to heat all common areas. This does not work well. Bring extra jackets and blankets during winter months, because common areas are always cold. One couch is absolutely abused. It is about 30 years old, terrible.
