Welcome to Discovery IV! This newly remodeled, pet-friendly condo, is located between Canyon Lodge and the Village, providing the ultimate Mammoth experience – snow sports in the winter/spring, hiking/biking in the summer/fall. The town shuttle stops right near the complex making exploring town easy!

This home offers self-check-in and great HOA amenities including: pool (seasonal), jacuzzi, parking (2 spaces), laundry, business center and more!

About the Space:
This remodeled, pet friendly condo has a phenomenal location on a private road just a few blocks from Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth. There are no stairs for this property, it is conveniently located on the 1stfloor of the complex and is a corner unit. Parking is directly in front of the condo.

The condo has been beautifully remodeled with new paint and flooring throughout, upgraded bathrooms and new furniture. There is a light and bright atmosphere, creating a perfect place for your trip to Mammoth. It comfortably sleeps 5 people and is laid out nicely for families. The living area offers a sofa that transforms to a “futon” mattress, large TV, and nice wood burning stove to keep warm on the cold winter nights. There is a private patio located off the dining room with outdoor seating. There is a dining area and bar seating. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for making a delicious meal.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom one offers a queen bed, dresser and walk in closet. It has an upgraded ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a dedicated workspace in the bedroom, with a small desk, lamp, and chair. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a closet and dresser space. The second bathroom is located off the hall and is shared with the living area – it has an upgraded vanity and a tub/shower.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter and matches.

The laundry room is located in the office, it is coin operated and there is a coin machine, if needed.

Guest access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Discovery IV. There is a jacuzzi, pool (seasonal), pool table, ping-pong, community BBQ (seasonal), community laundry room and business center.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Parking is located directly outside the unit in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

This is a great place to stay at. Good size for small family and dog friendly. Good amenities in the complex and very close to everything for a very reasonable price.

Enjoyed our stay at Discovery 4. House was just as advertised and the location is ideal. Bike path and shuttle stop right across the street, easy access to the Village and road leading up to the Lakes.

Great pet friendly stay

This place was great! Spacious enough for 2 couples and pups. 1st floor makes it easy to take the pups out. The location was great! Quick 10 minute uphill walk to the slopes & to town. We didn’t have to move our cars since everything we needed was in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

The place was lovely and clean. Easy jump to Canyon Lodge. My only real issue was the kitchen- very poorly equipped and made cooking really difficult. Need more pots/pans options.

Quick getaway

Oh man, nothing better than a quick turnaround in Mammoth, for which must haves were pet friendly, clean, & minimal stairs, which were all accurately listed in the property description. Communications were excellent, especially the reminder to check-in since that message went to my spam folder! Very clean, efficient, and cozy for the "harsh" weather encountered this past weekend. As some of the other reviews noted, if you are planning to do some cooking, bring your own pots & pans to be safe; otherwise, Five-Stars!!!!!
