The hot water was very unpredictable. The bathroom nobs and fixtures were stiff, hard to use, chipped, broken and had some rust. The hair dryer did not work. The HVAC was noisy and somewhat difficult to set to make the room temperature comfortable. The breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the number of residents. The pool and hot tub heater did not operate.

I have never seen any hotels that served rotten apples like this Shilo Inn. It's OK not to serve any fruits at all...but don't treat guests with insults like this. Not to mention the waffle pan was sticky and messy...no one wants to use it. In short, it was bad. My kids refused to have breakfast at the hotel.

The property was old and tired and seemed as if it hadn't been updated since it was built, except for the flat screen TVs. WIFI wasn't working and I was unable to work online.

Do not boot this property at this hotel through Expedia or Travelocity. The staff/management could not find my reservation (prepaid) and were extremely rude. They said they always have problem with online bookings. Travelocity support was great, finding me another room and even paying for the upgrade.
