Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Inside is great. Older but clean rooms and rather big. Staff nice. Pulling up i thought oh no. Looks like construction going on, the building out side ny window looks like a trash heap. Like part of the hotel left to fall apart.

It’s an older place, a bit rundown. But it was well priced and more than adequate for my needs. The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier. They were so helpful!

Analog TV in the year 2025??? Umm okay that’s super odd. Was notified only 2 days before our stay that the pool and hot tub was under construction. Front desk people were nice and accommodating.

The entire property is very old and worn. Faulty plumbing (hammering both sides and upstairs, toilet barely flushing), heater struggled to get the room above 60 degrees, lighting not working, cracked bathroom door, and general age and disrepair. Updating is supposedly happening but there is construction debris and equipment all around the ground floor and garage areas along with dirt and dust. The good: Housekeeping is OUTSTANDING! The room was exceptionally clean and given the poor state of repair, the Housekeeping team is doing a miraculous job! All staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I really feel that they are embarrassed by the state of the property.

It really sucks that I had a choice between this hotel and another one in town for the same price. The other had a pool but no jacuzzi. This one advertised having both in doors. When I got here both were closed for renovations.

Good stay for 2 nights. It's close to shops and downtown plus a Starbucks right next to it. They have a parking garage which was a nice perk. Only downside was it had that old hotel smell and the power was out all morning for one of our stays.

The hotel is undergoing renovations or repairs. There are no signs anywhere and it looks like its under construction from the outside. The included breakfast looked awful so I went to a nearby restaurant.
