Cook at home in the full kitchen featuring updated black appliances and granite countertops, then gather around the dining table for meals or game night. A full shared bathroom serves the home.
Sleeping space is flexible: the primary bedroom holds a Queen bed, and the loft upstairs adds two more Queen bedsâgreat for families or friends traveling together. A washer and dryer are tucked away for handling ski layers or swimsuits between adventures.
When youâre not out exploring, enjoy community amenities (seasonal): a pool, hot tubs, sauna, BBQ stations, and a recreation room with a pool table.

âą Stairs: The home has stairs, and the loft is upstairs.
âą WiFi: Due to Mammoth Lakesâ remote mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
âą Parking: Outdoor lot parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicles throughout your stay; passes are located inside the unit.
âą Community amenities: The pool, hot tubs, and BBQ stations are open only during the summer and are managed by the HOA; availability may vary. A sauna and recreation room with a pool table are also on-site.
âą Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

Getting Around:
Location logistics: Youâll be within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores on Old Mammoth Road. Itâs a short drive to The Village or the Eagle Express chairlift. In winter, the Red Line shuttle runs to/from The Village and Main Lodge.
Cozy, comfortable, nicely updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Centrally located. Very nice overall. Some minor negatives: walls are a bit thin if your neighbors are noisy. Some issues with locking the keypad door (instructions need updating: just press the Yale button!). No wood provided (or lighter for the fire) - which is ok, but just make that clear up front so we know to get some from Vons.
Easy check in, cute, clean and stocked with the essentials. Thereâs no AC, so the loft gets a little toasty in the summer. The fans help, and it cools off through the night. Centrally located in town, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
