This true ski-in, ski-out 2 Bed/2 Bath Mammoth vacation rental features wall-mounted LCDs throughout, upgraded mountain home furnishings in the living room and both bedrooms, granite counter tops, and other designer touches including custom art work. The spacious living room has a sectional sleeper sofa, a large LCD with HDTV service and a DVD player, ceiling fan, and a cozy gas fireplace with amazing views of the Sherwin Mountains from the balcony. The full kitchen features all appliances, granite counter tops, rustic-style pendant lighting, and the inlaid slate dining room table has seating for six. The over sized master bedroom has a king bed, large wall-mounted LCD, a seven-drawer dresser, and an adjoining bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed, wall-mounted LCD, five-drawer dresser and closet for plenty of storage, and an adjoining private bath. This is the larger of the Sunstone Lodge two bedroom floor plans, with ample room for six and is beautifully appointed to complete your Mammoth vacation experience. Sunstone Lodge at Juniper Springs Resort features heated underground garage parking, free high-speed Internet access, a year-round heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, plus a fitness room. Guest lockers are located on the first floor to store your gear – walk out and ski down to Eagle Express at Mammoth Mountain! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 8' 2"). Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to the unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Very helpful. Ez check in & checkout. Well equipped, small kitchen, very good WiFi. helpful hint- bring fyresticks for the tvs to access Netflix or apps.

Could use some updating but nice overall

The place was nice and the location was amazing. The unit itself needs some updating. The pillows were terrible and we were missing bedding for the pull out couch but the management company brought them over quickly once we reached out.

This is a very cozy and comfortable condo. It could use a few updates, such as a functioning humidifier, reliable and fast wifi, new coffee maker, etc., but these are quibbles. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit. We loved being able to walk out the door, put on our skis and ski down to the lift line.

Great stay in Mammoth!

We traveled for the first time during Covid. Not quite sure what to expect. This unit was perfect. This is ski in/out. Everyone wore masks. Easy to have lunch back in the room. So we were very comfortable. Great weekend get away. Much needed. Definitely coming back!

Great Weekend

Property is well kept and comfortable. Clean and nicely furnished. Location is great! Absolutely no complaints about the property or unit. Despite the issues listed below, we would rent this unit again. We would just know what to plan for and where to park. Bring a fan for the summer months. The problem lies with the property management company. 1) We heard the unit was hot and they agreed to buy two fans for the unit, prior to our arrival. Confirmed that they bought them but upon arrival there was one fan that only had one blade. One blade was missing, three blades were broken and ineffective. Took the fan to the management office the next morning to inquire about the two new fans and was told they would "look into it". Was given a small desk fan from someones cubicle that was splashed and dirty with coffee. Never heard from the management office that day. Called and left a message at the management office the second morning, never heard back from them. Never got the fans that they supposedly purchased for the unit. Never got a return call. 2) Asked for a second parking permit, well before our arrival, as we needed two cars. We were told in the summer parking is plentiful and we did not need a second garage pass. Upon arrival, it was not clear where we could park our second car as the spots above appeared to belong to a different complex. Called management office and was told we could park without issues in the small circular drive at the front of the building. The next morning we had a "warning" posted that if the car was not moved it would be towed. Took the notice to the management office and got a second garage pass, no problem. We should have been given a second pass from the beginning as I am sure they are fully aware of the parking limitations. The management company was terrible. The unit and property are beautiful. Location great. We would stay here again, but would not rely on management company for any assistance or service.

Good experience. However I would recommend better lighting in all bedrooms. Higher wattage bulbs would help. If you are providing soap larger bars are needed. The ones provided were minuscule. Ventilation was poor but that’s the way the condo was built so if you are thinking of renting this unit be aware it gets hot in the summer. No a/c

Very clean property but there is no property management on site

The property was very nice. However, Mammoth Sierra Reservations left a bad impression with us. We never got the check in documents until we showed up at their office. Fresh towels were a problem and there were no sheets and pillow cases for the pull out sofa
