This true ski-in, ski-out, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Mammoth vacation rental features wall-mounted flat screen TVs in every room, Roku and DVD player in the living room, cozy gas fireplace, sectional sofa, modern rustic furniture, and the best location in Mammoth! The dining area has a round wooden dining table with seating for four next to the full kitchen. The kitchen has all of the appliances and amenities including granite counters, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. Everything you need to make a nice family dinner after a fun-filled day of skiing and riding on Mammoth Mountain! The master bedroom features a King bed and flat screen TV, while the sectional in the living room has a pull out sofabed for additional overnight guests. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo with granite countertop. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo is located on the first floor with elevator access, sleeps a maximum of 4 people, and comes with underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 8' 2"). Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. Excellent ski in ski out building

Sunstone is a great place to get to right off eagle express lift. I have been taking my family to this building for over 10 years, and love the simplicity of the location. Not a great place if you need night life, since you need to drive or shuttle to the village.

Great Sunstone Location

We stayed at this rental for a short ski trip and really enjoyed the condo. The place was clean and well stocked, and the location was within walking distance to Eagle Lodge which we loved because it wasn't as crowded as Canyon Lodge. Overall, I'd recommend this vacation rental!

Perfect Short Stay

Just stayed at the perfect 1 bedroom 1 bath condo at Sunstone. 5 minute walk to Chair 15 (easy). Nice heated hot tub and pool slope slide. Good condo for a small family of 4 for a short stay.

Perfect Ski-In-Ski-Out Location

Sunstone is the perfect ski-in-ski-out location. We’ve been coming to Mammoth for years and have stayed all over the mountain. This is our second time at Sunstone and honestly, we won’t stay anywhere else. The condos themselves are well maintained and the property itself is too. We’ll definitely be back!

A Relaxing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Mammoth Lakes at the Sunstone condos. This 1BR/1BA unit was a perfect fit for our small 3 person family. The condo was in great condition and was very comfortable. The full kitchen was also very convenient for making home cooked meals. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings after a day of trekking around, and taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and nearby pine trees.

Great spot with a couple hiccups

This is a great place. I would recommend staying here, but we did have a few issues. hopefully these small things can be remedied for future guests. As others have mentioned the bed is firm, but not uncomfortable. We did encounter issues with check in. It must be done across town and the code we were given was incorrect and we could not immediately reach anyone. Also, we were only provided about 1.3 rolls of toilet paper and half a roll of paper towels for a six night stay. The windows are difficult to operate and can't really be open with the blinds down, so you must choose between ventilation and privacy.

Great! Just 2 Notes

Hello! Overall we had a good experience with this condo/rental. Clean, comfy and in a great location. We didn't realize there wouldn't be AC though and used the massive and loud fan to cool down the main area. Also, there wasn't a trash can or bag in the kitchen area. Just a small can in the bathroom. Other than these two points it met our expectations. Thank you for letting us stay!
