Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Third time I've stayed here. But the sink in our room backed up at 8am even though we werent using it. Water got everywhere and we had to switch rooms. Very inconvenient and a terrible way to start the day. Also, the coffee maker didnt work and the remote controller for the tv didnt have batteries. If we are paying this much for a room. None of these things should happen Staff was excellent though.

Property was great. The condo we stayed had mole in the shower area. The grout has not been clean properly and it had like a brown color. I do have pictures if you need me to provide them ..

Perfect location for a 4 day ski trip. We have stayed here before and like the convenience of the location. Once here, we leave our car in the underground garage for the rest of the trip. Gondola is steps away. Enough restaurants in and around the village. Having a kitchen is also a plus. The units do get a little warm so recommend cracking the window open. Will be here again next season.

Super convenient for skiing (2 min walk to Gondola), heated underground parking, heated ski locker, outdoor heated pool and spa, full kitchen, spacious condo with full kitchen and newer furnishing (including excellent bed), walking distance to multiple dining options, what is there not to like? Perfect base for skiing in Mammoth.
