Located right in the heart of all the action, you’ll be steps away from Mammoth Creek for some peaceful fishing or a picturesque stroll. Hop on the bike path for a scenic tour of the town, and don’t worry about driving – the free shuttle stops right at your door, ready to whisk you off to the Village in a flash.

Step out onto your back porch and bask in the beauty of the meticulously landscaped surroundings. The brand-new BBQ grill is ready for your next cookout, and when the sun sets, snuggle up by the cozy pellet stove inside, the perfect end to a day filled with mountain thrills.

Inside, you'll find a space that’s equal parts class and comfort, with stylish furnishings throughout. Parking: There’s room for up to two cars right out front, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note, no A/C here – it doesn’t get hot enough to need it! Just open the windows, and let the cool mountain air do the rest. BBQs are only available during the summer months, so plan accordingly. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, an additional $150 cleaning fee will apply after you book.

Everything in the unit was just as advertized and as per the photos. We were a group of 3 adults for a quick weekend ski trip. We used the main bed, sofa bed, and the lower bunk bed. The sofa bed foam mattress was "one of the better" sofa bed matresses. Bunk was perfectly fine for a shorter adult. Location was good. Parking is unassigned so we had to look for parking each evening (we would park in a neighboring parking area within the same complex)

Everything was nice, updated and comfortable. Everything was clean except coffee maker which is obviously a cleaning mishap. Bed was very comfortable which is tough to find in VRBOs. Only cons were that the very small patio looked onto a parking lot and the condo is close to a road so there was road noise but I would definitely stay here again.

Ski Getaway

This condo was the best that I have ever rented. It was recently redone. The decor was tasteful and updated. It had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and located less than 2 miles from the town off Mammoth, less than 3 miles from Mammoth ski resort, and 30 miles from June mountain. Definitely will rent again.

Cozy little get-away

This was a great condo for our quick trip to Mammoth so the kids could get some snow time before school starts back. Great location, was just 2-3 minute drive to the Village area. Plenty of room on the grounds for the kids to play outside in the snow. Unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Our 11 and 8 year old boys loved the built-in bunk beds. While our kids are small, we’d definitely come stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for 2 adults
or with one or two small kids.

This condo was perfect for our stay! The place had everything we needed, plus some. The beds are super comfortable. Towels are high quality. USB ports by the beds. The kitchen is set, including nice coffee maker and fridge with ice. Nice washer and dryer. A little pond with ducks right outside that the kids loved. We appreciated the attention to detail!

Short Getaway

The property looks brand new from the inside. It's clean, well taken care of and relaxing. The only issue was that an industrial smell permeates the condo. It's either coming from the new paint on the walls or the new carpet. Eventually your senses settle and it almost back to normal, until you leave and come back again. Other than that, the location is quiet, calming and relaxing.

 bus stop right around the corner takes you straight to the slopes & the place was spotless when we arrived. Host was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to any requests we had. I will be staying here in the future!

cozy despite the winter storm

We had been very nervous because our trip dates coincided with a very cold and intense winter storm, but the condo was very warm and comfortable, and the paths and roads regularly maintained to allow access at all times. The interior was just as represented in the photos, and very clean. If you're a fond cook, I would recommend bringing your favourite cookware, but otherwise the kitchen is well equipped.

Great updated place

Great place, super comfortable king bed. All updated/remodeled with nice appliances/furniture. Bunk beds are better suited for children only, they are less than 6 feet long. Pull out couch was newer and comfortable. Only issue we had was parking lot we were directed to park in was completely full and the property manager's reply to asking where else to park was "i dont know, so sorry". Luckily the neighbors were friendly and pointed us in the right direction.

Perfect stay!

This place is perfect! My wife and I just had the best weekend here. Very comfortable and cozy. From the bedroom to the kitchen they have everything you could want. Even big TVs in both rooms! Only thing I would change is a nice L shape couch so we could of sat together. That would sky rocket this place. 5 stars all around tho! I’ll definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We were snowed in for a few days with crazy storms, holiday crowds and closed chairs, so we spent a lot of time in the condo and it was awesome. Perfect fit for both of us, fully equipped and nicely updated, can’t wait to return!

Very comfortable with upgraded remodel. Better than the pictures! Great for a ski trip with very easy access to the ski shuttle (red line) and the evening trolley; no need to drive after arriving. Will definitely stay here again

Nice condo in good close-in location

The property was quite nice overall. :-) Very clean and tidy. The bed was super comfy. Overall we had a great time! Thank you! Two wish list items: Wish the hot water was hotter with no way to control it and secondly, the unit is below another and there were times we heard commotion above. One night in particular sounded like someone chopping wood and letting it fall on the floor, making it loud for us below while watching a movie. :-(
