Summary:

Villa De Los Pinos is the perfect Mammoth Lakes destination for family and friends.



The Space:

This condominium complex is located right off of Old Mammoth Road, putting visitors in a prime area for reaching the nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Year round fun is close by too. During the summer there are hiking and biking trails, shopping, and golfing. During the winter a free shuttle service is within walking distance and travels to Eagle Lodge and the Village.



The inside of this Mammoth Lakes vacation rental features a common living space consisting of a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has a plush sectional couch placed around a fireplace and TV. The fireplace is ideal for a chilly night or after a day on the slopes. Create that cozy atmosphere as you curl up on the couch with a book or a movie. The TV is prepared with a DVD player and there is also WIFI provided for family entertainment. Open the blinds behind the TV to access the private balcony with partial mountain views. Fire up the BBQ and take a seat on the outdoor furniture to dine alfresco in the crisp mountain air.



The open floor plan inside connects the living room with the kitchen. This kitchen has a generous amount of counter space and all appliances needed to whip up your favorite foods. Cook yummy treats and delicious meals for all your guests to enjoy. When your home cooked meal is ready to be served, have everyone sit at the dining table with seating for 6.



Four bedrooms are available to give you a good night's rest. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, small mounted TV, and attached master bathroom. The first guest bedroom has both a Queen-size bed and a Twin-size bed. There is also a small mounted flat screen TV and attached guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Twin-size bunk bed, flat screen TV, walk-out to the balcony, and a guest bathroom. The third guest bedroom is suitable if you are traveling with any kids as there are two sets of Twin-size bunk beds.



Villa De Los Pinos offers great outdoor amenities to take advantage of during your stay. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, and a tennis court. Your unit will have 2 unassigned parking spaces for your vehicle.



Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Overall, the space is nice. However, the couch in the living room needs to be replaced, as it's horribly saggy and uncomfortable to sit on. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The small area rugs also need to be cleaned or replaced. We were covered in dog hair.The maximum number of people for the listing is 10 we only got eight towels. Management did respond quickly to messages. Amenities, such as soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, were nice to have available. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely tall. I'm 5'2, and had to drag myself into the bed. The fan and light over the stove didn't work

Loved the home, very cozy, had everything you would need to live, cook and relax. Just had trouble with the door code to get in 2 times. But, the property manage was quick to get us the code :)

Great time in Mammoth! Great place to stay with large group

Overall we love going to Mammoth every summer. We love Lake Mary! There were 10 of us and we stayed comfortably in this house. We were able to grill dinner two evenings and made breakfast every morning we were there. We are not big fans of electric stoves, but it got the job done. The main couch needs to be replace, the foot rest on one side was broken and one section of the sofa had the metal frame protruding out of the sofa. We had to put some couch pillows on that area to make sure nobody got hurt sitting there. The carpet needs to be cleaned also, but overall we enjoyed staying here.

We'll definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our time at this place. Close to everything, free shuttle stop near by, grocery stores, etc. Cabin was big enough for all the family, the rooms had everything we needed, extra blankets and pillows, the kitchen had everything working and the necessary to prep meals for all of us. Thanks God heathers were working on all the rooms, because the temperatures really dropped and we really enjoyed watching the snow falling from the balcony next to the chimney. We'll definitely come back again! Thanks for having us!

A few minor issues

A few minor issues. The icemaker on the freezer is your broken or frozen solid need to redeem the pin number to use the TV in the main panel room and there was no pin number available the DVD player in the family room doesn’t have the cables to connect to the TV in the family room other than that it was a very nice place oh and they only gave us four trash bags for 10 people to use in the kitchen as the main trash dumpster we had to go buy more

Overall quality, but not very understanding of ESA presence

No major problems with the property, and very accommodating in regards to tacking on an extra day of stay (there had been a miscommunication between dates of stay and check out day over the phone while booking). Main issue was their aversion to an ESA being present. Dog is well trained and no damage was done to the property whatsoever. We received our full security deposit back, which is a testament to that, but they were extremely eggy about it’s presence at all, which added a layer of stress to our stay that wasn’t necessary or warranted.

Old fashioned Mammoth Cabin

The cabin was beautiful, and in a nice location. It is very old fashion so there are not many lights in the living and dinning room area. It was difficult with the two parking spots given due to other renters taking more than the two spots given to them however with the airport nearby it was easy to shift around the cars. There was also an issue with there only being one parking slip in the cabin but the hosts were easy to contact and worked well with our needs to provide it for us. It was close to a shuttle stop so getting around town was fairly easy. Overall I would say this place is nice for a get away and provides you with all the basic necessities. I would suggest only bringing two cars to the property because without this knowledge it was a slight hassle; so I would suggest to only bring two cars.

Property needs work

Centrally located and a good value. The service is good. However, the property is older and needs work... one of the room heaters did not work, all of the patio doors do not lock, the stove range hood stopped working. Fix those things and I would definitely recommend.
