Hold onto your ski poles, because this adorable condo is ready to welcome you and your four-legged pals for the ultimate winter (and summer!) getaway! Located just a hop, skip, and a jump from Canyon Lodge, it’s your all-access pass to skiing, snowboarding, and wintery adventures galore.

This 1-bedroom plus loft beauty comes with 2 bathrooms, offering all the space you need to spread out and relax after a day of shredding the slopes. It’s a quick 10-minute stroll to the lifts, or if you’re feeling fancy, hop on the free ski shuttle for a ride to the action.

With tree views to the East and glorious Western Exposure in the bedroom, your mornings will start with sunshine and mountain vibes. After you’ve had your fill of fresh powder, unwind on your private deck or soak in the onsite hot tub – because you’ve earned it, superstar!

Inside, this condo is as comfy as it gets, with nice furnishings and mattresses that’ll have you snoozing like a champion. Need to throw in a load of laundry? No problem! The washer/dryer is right there in the condo – no schlepping to a laundromat. When you're not on the slopes, there’s no shortage of games and movies to keep the fun rolling.

Summer? Oh, we’ve got that covered too. Hit the nearby biking trails or simply enjoy your cozy retreat. And let’s not forget about the 2-car garage – because no one wants to dig out their car in the snow!

The owners have left no stone unturned in making this condo perfect for your stay – they even thought of your pooches! Dogs are welcome with a $200 fee (max 2 dogs), though if your pup's got a penchant for destruction or leaves a furry mess, be prepared for a little extra cleaning charge.

Keep in mind that this fab spot is part of the Canyon Lodge ski area, so availability can depend on the weather and season. Make sure to check the Mammoth Mountain website for up-to-date info on open/close dates. Get ready for a mountain adventure like no other!

A few things to note. If you book a stay for longer than 2 weeks an extra cleaning fee will be added after booking for $250. Properties in Mammoth do not have A/C. It rarely gets too hot here. Opening up windows cools it right down.

Check in process was a little odd, but once i texted the property manager gave me the info. During high snow the place definitely requires a 4WD. The plows don’t come frequently enough. Overall place was really well maintained, warm and had lots of amenities. We enjoyed ourselves. If you like to ski this is still a bit far from canyon but definitely walkable!

Spring Break Ski

Four adults and a dog -- condo was very clean, appliances and kitchen well-outfitted, this is a well-designed space for what it is. It was a little cramped for us but we were only there in the morning and evenings -- location was excellent and we made it work! Thank you!

Great place

Wifi not working

We called 3 times to company and they said they are checking. and it was very bad experience as its regular day and we did our work on phone hotspot. The Shower is making some noise as well. I can give 0 review out of 5 for this as nowadays people need wifi in every house. i mean thats the first thing we see in any house. but anyways... not happy with experience.

Great location and clean!

Easy booking and check in process. We were contacted shortly after booking and downloaded an app that had all the check in info. Property was clean and a short walk to canyon lodge. Super quiet and kitchen was well equipped.

Well Appointed Unit With A Great Location

Before even getting the unit for our stay, the Property Manager Sarah was a pleasure to work with. The unit itself was very well appointed and has a great layout. Perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The location was about a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge which is the main reason we chose this unit. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great for skiing/snowboarding

Perfect spot for skiers and snowboarders. Only a 6 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Dog friendly, which is a huge plus. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The place was clean and as described. I appreciated the dog bowls and extra poop bags. Kitchen had all utensils and pots we needed to cook. I would definitely bring your own cooking oil and spices though. Like others have mentioned, the unit is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The garage is a tandem garage - space for 2 cars. I would probably stay here again in the winter.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I brought my own crockpot, but didn’t need it. The unit is a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge which is great. We didn’t have to use our car or the bus.
