In room air conditioning when it's too hot but average summer night temps high 50s Back Up Generator power on the Ranch. Keeping everyone comfy and safe in case we lose power. Enjoy your Sierra Adventure at this truly unique location. Fabulous kitchen fully equipped with GE Cafe appliances, convection microwave and beverage frig. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice dispenser in the door. Coffee maker for both drip and K-cup,VitaMix blender, toaster oven and crock pot. Great table for dining. Gas Barbeque on the North facing deck with a view of Crowley Lake and beyond.50" flat screen Smart TV in living room area and high-speed internet. Second internet service also availableThe Bathroom has a 6-foot Jacuzzi tub for relaxation after your day of play in the Sierras. The Bedrooms have queen memory foam mattresses. Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer. If you need anything not supplied in the Guest House let us know. Sure, we have it in the Main House. Cleaning is included when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean and unit in orderly condition.. There is a $ 85.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We are following all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comforters and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UB germicidal light system in the unit after checking out. We are utilizing an electrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved. As you travel to and from the Guest House area Durning these times of COVID-19 you are coming here at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus during you vacation. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for early departure, extreme weather, road closures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival, we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted.
